Firstly, thank you to all the people who applied for our latest job opening. We had a lot of great applicants to sort through, and it wasn't an easy decision to narrow the selection down to just 2 or 3 people. We've finally decided on hiring 4 new Oekaki Moderators for our team.
It will be a couple of days before they start moderating, so please don't start firing all your questions and requests at them immediately. Let's make them feel welcome and congratulate them on their new role!
Our new Oekaki Moderators are:

DoctorDraca

International Moderator Job Retirement
In less happy news, we're retiring our "international moderator" job for the second time in CS history. There hasn't been much trouble in the International board for a while, which means there aren't enough problems or reports to require dedicated moderators. As before, our global moderators will take over the job of dealing with all reports in that board.
This sadly means that it's time for Rinya to retire. I'm sure our Polish-speaking members will know her best, but with her bright blue name I'm sure she's been spotted around the rest of the forum too. Rinya has moderated the Polish topics in the International Board since early 2011. Ever since she first joined the team, the number of issues and arguments in those topics have decreased, and she's been quick to handle any Polish reports and problems that have been sent in. As a result of everyone's good behavior in that board, Rinya doesn't really have any work to do anymore, so she's going to become a regular member again.
Let's thank Rinya for the support she's given CS and wish her the best for the future
