how do people become guest artists?
i mean for a General helper or other you would do the form
but what about guest artists?

If you have a question it is best to make a forum in this board for it
but here is a quote from the FAQ Thread which is at the top of the help board, under the General Site Questions post;


Moderators and general helpers are hired through an application process. When the team needs more moderators or general helpers, there will be an announcement posted at the top of the forum with details on how to apply. There are no applications for artists, as artists are handpicked and invited by an admin, based on their art posted in the forum and Oekaki boards.

Guest artists would probably be picked the same as artists; invited by an admin based on their art posted on site.
