On the flip side however many artists who were not in eaither catgories have felt horrible because they no longer fit anywhere. I have spent a very long time on art and gotten little to no feed back then seen 5 minuite art get pages of feedback. It pushes artists down and if you don't have somebody come over and see it or a family member see it you can start feelig bad about yourself.
I think the whole thing is to help artists grow, and keep in mind the non top 10 artists will all have more people to give them advice and help them out. Say for simplicitys sake 10 drawings are in one board with one person to give them advice.10 people can be hard to all talk to and give advice. Now the changes come in and say 3 are moved up a board, so now 7 people are easier to help.
Open to trading anything on CS for FR currency. I'm chescab there if anyone wants to trade.

You choose where to put it, but the Mods can move it if they like. c:

I think it just encourages them to try harder and eventually they will get to the advanced board.

What do you mean? Another board will make the beginners board have less drawings because more people will go to intermediate and advanced. If any thing, this will make artists starting out in beginners more recognized.

great addition!

recently ive noticed a ton of MLP art - it was/is over running the beginners board
and there is often a lot of it in intermediate
would you ever consider opening a board specifically for MLP art?

I AM COMING BACK TO CS
AFTER 8 YEARS I am missing many pets from being away
Are you quitting or down sizing ?
Please, consider lending me a hand...
So I can lessen my giant gap of missing pets <3

Personally, I'm very confused. Whenever I try my best on the Oekaki, I'm almost automatically bumped down to beginners because "it didnt fit the list".
I think this whole "Advanced" board will make me feel a bit worse knowing I'll never get there because I cant even get to intermediate.
This whole situation is confusing, and honestly I'm not to mad about the whole thing. I just know I wont be posting on the Oekaki again.

fff, i just noticed this! I LOVE the new category! It makes more sense to have 3 different categories, one for the beginners, the ones with some more developed skills, and one for the higher skilled artists. I think it gives everyone in each category a good place to learn as well c: that way the beginners could learn from intermediate, intermediate from advanced, and advanced from other advanced artists.
if you want an example for what could be advanced you can add this if you want
