I can't use the Oekaki because I need some java script thing but even when downloaded it still doesn't work. Plus when I could use it I had no sweet clue x3.
I use photoshop elements 6.0 and a Wacom tablet.

I do sometimes draw digital work on my computer, but only with a mouse (don't have the money to get a tablet right now)

The only thing I miss is the resize tool.

This is not really for me to answer, but I miss the eye-dropper tool.

If you right-click on the color you want, you'll pick it up as if you were using an eye-dropper.
