I have 2 questions.

1. Will the rarity change with the lineart or stay the same? I have a contest with a equamagine horse as the main prize and I don't have anything else I'd offer.

2. Will the equamagine items be converted?

Yes, of course the rarities will stay the same. No pets are removed nor added, they will just get a new look.

And yes, the items will be converted too^^

I know one thing... if the linearts ARE updated Imma have A LOT more on my WL lol!

Good thing I have them all already (aside from Zebras, and IMO if they force change all the horses and ponies the zebras should too because they are just zebras colored on Equi's pony lines, I digress). But if I didn't I wouldn't bother adding them to my WL. I've said it before, I like the old style more than the new. I love the variety in the horses and ponies. Especially the ponies. And the PPS ponies. If I wasn't aiming for a full collection, I'd probably trade them all off if they changed. ):

And I don't know how changing the lines would affect the rarity, as you would only be changing the image. The demand, probably would change, though, especially for the PPS Ponies, I expect it would drop a lot.

My main concern's for the Roadkill PPS. It'd look so stupid as a new pony PPS.

What would happen to the VR Roadkill PPS? I think that would look ridiculous on a Horse or Pony.

Not sure, that one might have to stay the way it is, since the new lines don't look like road kill :lol:

The rarity will remain exactly the same. The only thing changing is the appearance.

I would imagine the items will be converted, excluding any that already have Yulynh-fitting equivalents.

Curious; the OMGSR zebras are from equimagine, will they be changed too?

I think the PPSs should be left on the old lines. Changing them, especially the rarer ones, could totally change the demand for them. People who's favourite pet (or maybe even hoards) Buckskin PPSs wouldn't like it if the lines changed to the pony second stage lines (which maybe they don't like). And the roadkill PPS was made for those lines.
EDIT: Good to see the roadkill PPS will likely be staying then.

But I am for changing the adults, despite the fact that I love the old pony lines. Maybe change some of the horses and leave others?
(I mean 20 of the old horse designs get changed, 20 don't (if there were 40 designs only) Less work, and pleases most users).

It would please many, but I don't think it would please the staff. If where they're headed with this is consistency, I think that it would be even more inconsistent if half of our old lines and converted to new lines, but the other half stays on the old lines.

I find it somewhat funny how the horses became popular only when this thread was made . unu;

I've actually hoarded the natural designs made on the old lineart for a long time now. c: I've always loved them, which is why it took a while for me to decide on a definite yes or no.

I've now changed my answer on the poll, on another note, to yes. c:
I fully support the change. It'll be best! I don't necessarily disagree to the suggestion of a unique lineart for the roadkill PPS though. ;)

Honestly, I wouldn't like the new ones. I like that the old ones are different. There may be a little less you can do with them, but people like them for the memories and honestly, the art design which is gorgeous and shows how the site evolved. If you go changing all of these, people will be disappointed. I, for one, prefer the old draft design and find it more beautiful because of it's originality. It you want to do new drafts, then great! By all means, do it! But don't change a beautiful creature that is perfect in it's own way.
