Hello! I got another quick question. When someone sends in an application, is it permanently stored somewhere where they can be views by staff over and over or anytime staff applications are opened? Or or do users have to resend in applications everttime there's an opening?

Your previous applications are saved for your own access on the main applications page, but you do have to apply again next time apps open.

No, there is no end date stated. Applications are typically open for a few weeks before an admin will post a warning saying applications will be closing shortly.

You do not need to stick to the color palette when re-coloring the lineart.

Hello! I couldn't see if there was an answer to this - may we use any of the additional example templates we might make as example art in our application? E.g. if we make multiple templates we want to submit together, may we do so? Or should we limit it to only one template + unrelated art? Thank you!

hello! just had a question for artist applications - for "Examples of other artwork (max 6 images)" is it fine if one image contains more than one design? Or is it preferred to only upload one design per image (for a max of 6 extra design examples)?

You may only submit one design per example. You can, however, link to a gallery for us to look at, but judging will be based more-so on how well you showcase your work with the CS lineart template.

Quoting Nadine's answer from the 2022 artist applications thread here.

The examples you attach would be like a portfolio of any of your original artwork from designs to general art you've made that demonstrate your skills as an artist and support your application. If you've colored someone else's lineart, used something for inspiration, or created something as a collaboration please be very clear in your application.

Hi, sorry! I think I wasn't clear in my original question. On the Pet Artist application page there is the "CS_Litter_Template.psd" file to download. There are also sections for upload labeled:

Completed pet template file (PSD or PNG please) Please submit 1 image

and

Examples of other artwork you've made (PNG, JPG, PSD) (max 6 images)


Of course, we should upload a completed "CS_Litter_Template" file to the "completed pet template file" upload. But is it possible to upload additional completed "CS_Litter_Template" files under "Examples of other artwork"?

E.g. if my uploaded files looked like:

Completed pet template file (PSD or PNG please) Please submit 1 image

CS_Litter_Template_Completed_1.png

Examples of other artwork you've made (PNG, JPG, PSD) (max 6 images)

CS_Litter_Template_Completed_2.png

I hope this clears up my question, thank you! I have a couple of ideas for sets of the different palletes already and want to know if I should limit it to just 1, or if I can submit multiple.
