This warning came too late to me - I got hit with it (turned out to be a bouquet of adware and malware)

Thankfully I've a fiance who's a computer genius and was able to purge my computer of the issue.

But here's hoping no one else gets it, and that if anyone else did get hit that they can clear it up.

installed. I already have java,
So I try to 'install' it again. It
doesn't work. So then I thought
It is because I haven't updated
My computer, so I updated it.
Still didn't work. I'm using a
MacBook, is that the issue?

I'm not Nick, and I have a Mac, but when I first started using the Oekaki, I had to update my browser. I'm not sure if that's the problem for you though.

Haven't had any problems, but I just wanted to say thank you for disabling ads while you got this fixed. I've changed my adblock settings to allow ads on CS now as a result.

I'm not havin any issues, but i have been hit with this from another site, and being half asleep thought it was legit.

I urge people to do a Boot-scan as well, my anti-virus missed some viruses during clean-up which it could only find by doing a boot-scan!

Be very careful with this! It forced me onto the site and auto-downloaded software, luckily I got off my computer pronto so it wouldn't keep doing this, but it kept doing it every few minutes, which was annoying as heckie
