Quick question, wouldn't this take a very long time to do because of all the different designs?

I fully support this idea

I think CS would benefit from the consistency of having less linearts, and the updated versions will be a lot neater in their designs

Great idea, and a big thank you to the artists who put the time and effort into the overhaul, whether it goes through or not.

I'm going to have to say no as well. The old linearts remind me of way back when I first joined. I still have a couple of horses in the old lineart that I kept just for the nostalgia, and I would really hate for them to be changed. Don't get me wrong, I love the newer horse lineart, and I understand the reasoning behind this idea, but wouldn't it be a lot less work to just convert the items? This is just my personal opinion, and maybe I'm only being biased and selfish just because I love the few equimagine horses I have, but I really don't support the idea of them being changed.
I've gotta ditto this. I luff the new lineart please don't misunderstand, but some designs just won't be the same. And I do think converting the items would be a lot more easier. :3 I'm probably quite biased about this, but I'd feel really bad if I just logged on and found all my equimagines transformed. :C

I do not like this idea. All CSians have creativity in themselves. They make beautiful scenes, of course they can come up with something for the linearts that don't have exact clothing. Weather it is covered in moss or in a sea of trees, it still fits the horses perfectly. I love the equine designs, they should NOT go.

At first I really liked those new draft lines but now I'm beginning to think no. The old version on the front has such a pretty big blue eye which you can barely see on the new line art. It's hard to imagine the rainbow drafts or those easter draft horses with the bunny ears looking good in those lines. They work for the more natural designs but I don't know they would just look... Wrong for the others.
☆ Looking for Seal PPS, have these to trade.

I adore that draft, but for the others.. Not so much. I like the old lines for the ponies a lot. They have a lot of charm and uniqueness as it is, and to me, being able to dress them up isn't extremely important. I can always find other ways to use items to make them work. I'd much rather keep the lines we have.
Besides, it reminds me of the "good old days" back in 08 and 09. I feel like replacing them would be like getting rid of some of that history.
The examples are nice and all, but I'm gonna have to say no. Just keep the old lines retired, no need to get rid of them entirely.
