For those who frequent the free pets forum I'm sure some of us CSians have been foed for accidentally sending a trade to the wrong person and got foed. Now there's no way to explainn.

People remember when you post in free pets forum you may get an acidental tradeso be understanding.

Very true indeed. I tend to ignore the trades I get unless it's a good one. Every time I edit the post and say "Edit if you wish!" they just cancel it and it irks me. I mean seriously, you can edit it if you want to, not suddenly cancel it off.

It also irks me when someone sends a trade and they cancel it almost immediatly.

I think that these are valid points, and it concerned me, as well, when I first read the announcement. Something to consider, however, is the conclusion that I reached: I'm not sure that I really care or want to continue correspondence with someone who doesn't first check themselves. In essence, I don't think I want to associate with someone who would be that trigger happy, especially when there are so many other users who are sensible and considerate.

As someone who deals with PM reports: If someone foes you, find someone friendlier to PM/trade with next time. A lot of players are very stubborn about their reasons for foeing someone or cancelling a trade, and won't back down no matter what you say. Most PM problems stem from arguments about a trade cancellation, or from someone fighting to be removed from someone's foe list. The absolute most annoying arguments are the ones where someone is saying "stop messaging me" and the other person is saying "no, you started it" etc etc. If someone has foed you, then they presumably don't want to have anything to do with you, so continuing to contact them about it is likely to result in fighting and reports. It should be easier for users to block each other if they don't want to receive any more messages, so we've made these changes. Obviously it will be a little annoying in some cases where a user might have foed someone accidentally, but for the most part, this should reduce a heck of a lot of stupid fighting and bullying.
