Changes to the pound

Pound: *goes from having 900 pets to 300*

something i've noticed is the amount of pets in the adoption group on cs is around 950, before that it went into the thousands. so maybe it's gonna be opening way more often too.

Yay! This makes me think there are way too many pets in the Pound and we are trying to move them out faster maybe?
