Why do you want to be a General Helper? I've been on this site for years so i have experience, and want to give back, this site has a wonderful community of members and staff. I and i just want to help out the site.

It's got to be from exactly eight months onward, so it would be August 26th, when you'll be at that stage. (; At least, I'm rather positive about this, but I can't be completely sure however.

Every day of the week, including weekends, even if I'm on vacation.

I'm on at least 9 hours each day, if not more, and because I'm homeschooled, during the school year, I'm still on all day, from about 6-7am and 10am-10 or 11 pm.
Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position
Well, I speak Spanish, I'm a certified camp counselor {Which doesn't apply, but I had to go through leadership, conflict resolution, and question resolution training if that helps}, I consider myself very educated on trading values and on all things CS, and I also speak French.
Why do you want to be a General Helper?
I adore helping people and resolving issues, and I would love to give back to the wonderful community of ChickenSmoothie.

I usually visit seven days a week, unless I do not have access to a computer or other device with internet. Please note, that this is not very often at all.

How many hours per day do you usually spend on CS, on a day that you do visit?
I'm not completely sure but I would have to say three or four hours a day.

Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position
I usually look around the CS suggestion and Problems often to see if I can help and if any user asks a question, and whether in the forum, or through PM, I try to be as helpful and clear with my wording as possible.

Why do you want to be a General Helper?
I would like to be able to help other users more because I know sometimes things can be confusing, especially for newer users who don't quite understand how the site works yet. I remember that I had no idea what was going on when I first joined, and many people on the forums helped explain various things to me, and I think it would be really great to help more people.

This tends to vary quite a bit. Right now, because of the faire, I've been spending probably 4-8 hours on a day. If I'm busy, I probably won't be on more than an hour or two. If I'm not, I'll probably be on 2-5 hours. Not all of this time am I actually actively doing things on CS, but I have the window up and usually check it fairly frequently.

5. Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position?
I have been actively on CS since 2009, and I have a good memory, so I remember quite a lot of information. I think this would help in answering questions, because I know a lot of what has happened and how to do things.

I don't get immediately angry at people who break the rules without knowing it. For instance, if I receive an advertising pm, I tell the person that it's against the rules and they shouldn't do it anymore. Usually, the person didn't know it was against the rules and apologizes, so everything is okay and no one is mad.

I do speak a bit of Spanish, but certainly not fluently.

6. Why do you want to be a General Helper?
I like to help people, and would be glad to answer questions and help. I like seeing everyone happy and no one is confused. I know what it's like to have a question and be glad when someone answers kindly, so I would like others to feel the same. I love how friendly the CS forum is and would like to help keep it that way.

We appreciate your attempts to help us, but there's more then enough mod's at the moment to take care of things ;3 If you see someone you believe to be breaking the rules, don't accuse them. Simply report them, and leave the matter to us.

Else it leads to arguments, which lead to spam, which lead to us mods having to delete a bunch of posts xD

Why a conversation about swearing even arose about the word 'damn' on a General Helper Application thread of all places... I don't know. It was not aimed at a user or meant in any other way than innocent dismay. As quoted, it is about the limit to tolerant as long as it is not aimed at a user.

Also it was not necessary to minimod other applicants on this thread, don't you think the admins will look at this thread once it closes?
