6.Why do you want to be a General Helper? I love helping people and I'd enjoy going onto the thread and helping other users out. Being a general helper, they'd know I'd help them at anytime and I'd love welcoming new users. c:

How many days a week do you usually visit CS?: I cannot think of the last time I spent an entire day without actually logging on to CS. Every day, unless I have no access to it in any way.
How many hours per day do you usually spend on CS, on a day that you do visit? At least 2. Maybe even 3. But about every other weekend I am at my dad's house, so I am on a bit less during the day and about 2-3 hours at night.
Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position (this is not required) (for example do you speak any other languages, or have you had any experience in peer mediation? Do you consider yourself a trade-value expert? Do you already answer a lot of questions in the forum? Do you know how all the tools/options in the oekaki work?): I am currently learning to speak French. I know very little right now, as I am in the progress. I know a little Italian also. Maybe about 10-20 words. I know how a lot of the oekaki options work, but rarely I get confused myself. I consider myself pretty good at being able to tell which trades are fair and which are unfair. Once I discovered the rares list, I went back to it many times and have pretty much memorized the spots of most of the pets, and if they're advents, the main list, or low advents. A few of my friends send me PMs with a link to their trades from time to time to help them out. I also answer on the fair trade thread a little, but only on trades I'm sure about.
Why do you want to be a General Helper?: I would love to be a general helper because then I could... Well, help with things, and help other users! I enjoy putting in my part and doing things to help others, and it would be so great to be able to do that on my favorite website! Already a few times I have helped out some newbies. A few of them, a while ago, sent me some really unfair trades. I explained to them why it was unfair, and then gave the a few free pets. I remember when I was a newbie and I didn't really know how to trade and everybody cancelled my trades, so sometimes I click on the newest user's name and send them some free pets.

How many days a week do you usually visit CS? Every day, every single day!! (unless I am on holiday but that isn't very often at all or the computer plays up but my household has two desktops and a laptop and an Ipad so plenty of back-up)

How many hours per day do you usually spend on CS, on a day that you do visit? Over 4-5 hours, possibly more it varies on my timetable for that day. If I get this job I will sacrifice other things to make more time for CS.

Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position (this is not required) (for example do you speak any other languages, or have you had any experience in peer mediation? Do you consider yourself a trade-value expert? Do you already answer a lot of questions in the forum? Do you know how all the tools/options in the oekaki work?) Being a member for three years, I know all the ins and outs of the site and where this thing or that thing is. I try and get down to the Cs suggestions and problems forum as much as I can to see who needs my help. I also am pretty good with rarities and am willing to help if anyone needs any trade help or questions about the trading centre. I have also solved problems on the other forums as well by directing people to other helpful forums that can deal with their issues. (such as if someone is suffering from issues at home etc)

Why do you want to be a General Helper? It would be such an honour and an amazing opportunity. I feel I can bring a lot to the site and although I have messed up in the past when I was stupid. I understand now about the site and how to help the new (and old) members on it.

I enjoy helping people, it gives you that warm feeling inside and I remember back to when I was new and asking all the members for help (I don't believe there were general helpers back when I joined). it is just amazing to be able to give that help to them. Knowing that somewhere in the world at that point in time you had made someone have a smile on their faces. Sitting behind their computer screen (or mobile screen, or Ithing screen)

I have also completed over 1000 oekaki drawings and even though I am not at all talented in the oekaki I have learnt a lot about it.

I am been a tutor for young kids, I have been a leader in groups,and I have been a babysitter for many years. I know a little bit of Spanish. While I am not an expert by an means, I am very familiar with the tools of the oekaki. I try to answer questions when I see them.
Why do you want to be a General Helper?
I have been a part of the wonderful community for many, many years. I would love to be able to give back in one way or another. I love helping people and would love the opportunity to help people here.

How many days a week do you usually visit CS?:
Every day, I'm on in the morning before I leave for school, and come on immediately once I get home c: (I'm also in EST time if that helps)

How many hours per day do you usually spend on CS, on a day that you do visit?:
On a normal day, I spend around five hours. The past few weeks have been rather busy for me (getting ready for school and such) but once I start school I'll fall right back into my normal routine. Although my average is around five hours, if I have the time I spend a good seven hours+ browsing CS.

Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position?:
I have been trained in peer mediation, and I'm fully certified in it. I work with younger children who are having family/life issues. I've dabbled a bit in more experienced therapy, but I usually enjoy helping out younger kids rather then older. For the past two years, I have run back and forth between the Suggestions and Problems board, gathering up knowledge from answered questions, and taking my time while I answer questions myself.

I took Spanish for Seven years, I'm a bit rusty, but I'm sure if I need to I can freshen up on it. I am currently studying Japanese, I'm still new at it, but I'm getting there.

Recently, I have started visiting the "Introductions" thread, trying to help out the newer members of CS get started (Or just to say a quick "hi"). I'm always finding new links to add to my already long list of helpful threads. I always include the link to the help system in all of my welcomes (unless it's already been mentioned by another member).

I'm always checking "The Rares List" to make sure I'm up-to-date with the rarest pets. I'll admit, I, to, am still getting the hang of the new rarity system. However, it just takes some practice and getting used to, which I've been trying my hardest to do. Occasionally I'll browse the "Good Trade Thread", "Trade Rant Thread" and "Is This a Fair Trade?" thread to try and keep up with the "times". Although I don't do a lot of trading myself, I try my best to answer any trade questions. (Even if I have to do some research to be sure). I admit I'm not perfect in every single CS subject. If I have to do some research, or redirect someone to a member more experienced in that area, I will.

Why do you want to be a General Helper?
It's simply because it's what I love to do. I enjoy helping those around me, seeing other people happy makes me happy c: I try to help out as a normal member as much as I can, but there is a limit to what I can do and who I can help. As a General Helper, it would be a lot easier for people to come to me with questions and problems then me having to search for them. (Not that I'll stop searching for members in need of assistance). I want to help out as much as I can, but I feel that I can't reach full potential as a regular site member. I realize that being a General Helper is just a title, but it could make such a big difference in how I can go about helping people. If there are more suitable matches for this position, I understand in full, it's hard work! I will continue helping out CS to the best of my abilities, as an everyday member of Chicken Smoothie :3

I'm posting all the time, so the number is always changing.

Every day, of course. I am addicted to this place, and an army couldn't hold me back!
I am usually also on on Holidays and other special occasions, so I'll be able to help other players around that time, too.

As many hours as I possibly can! It's usually around 3-4 hours, because I am on my Ipod a lot in the mornings and around noon. I am on the computer for.. Probably around 1-2 hours.
I do post on my Ipod, but I'm never to thorough in it. If I recieve messages on my Ipod, I will reply the best I can, or, reply when I am on the computer.

I am friendly, and I don't get frustrated very easily. I know a lot about CS, including it's rules and some things about the Oekaki. I speak faint Spanish (note I said faint. I'm still in the process of learning. I have most speaking words down, but I am still learning how to read in that language.) Here is a small list of my better qualities that might be of help on CS :
- I am friendly, and will not be easily angered by repeated questions.
-I am on constantly. I won't be on as much when school starts in a few days, but I'll have a laptop so I'll be able to check my messages and such often.
-I do enjoy drawing in the Oekaki, so I know of the tools and such.
-I am familiar with the rules, because I have a tendancy to read them when I am bored.
-I love helping people. I've helped random people here on CS that look like they're in need of a little assistance. (:
-I speak very, VERY, faint Spanish. I have Mexican classmates, and are one of the few whom can understand what they say. However, I am still learning how to read in the language.
-I am quite familiar with the HTML and BB codes on CS. If somebody is having difficulty with that subject, I would be happy and quite eager to help! (:
-I am up to date with the Rarities. In other words, I sorta know if a trade is unfair or not.

6.Why do you want to be a General Helper?
I think this should be changed to Why wouldn't I want to be a General Helper? I love helping people, but I feel like I can't, because people can't quite identify me from other members of CS. If I were a General Helper, it would be so much easier for other members to identify me.
CS has been quite good to me for the few years I have been a member. I do help people whenever I am contacted, but I don't feel like I'm doing enough to repay CS. I don't buy C$, so I can't help you guys there. But, if I become a GH, I'll be able to help more then before!

Every single day of the week. Unless I am having some issues in real life.

When I have day off, it's summertime, or have a week off pretty much the whole day. Although I have to get off at 10:00 P.M USA Eastern Standard Time. When school starts are will be on less, so usually from 3:00 to 10:00PM which is seven hours. On Monday I have to go to a class for an hour so then on Mondays 6 hours. I may be able to get on several minutes in the morning before school though.
5.Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position?
As of now I don't know any other languages, but I'd love to help out anyay with other things. I have a basic knowledge of rarities and foten enjoy trading with fellow CS users. I understand the Oekaki tools well, and how to get the link for a picture to put in a signature or on another post. I also know how the transparent backgrounds work too and Lock Alpha. I also know how to have a signature and avatar which I know many newbies would like to have. So I basically understand how to post and reply to topics, trading fairly, pet demand and popularity, oekaki tools and options, the rules of CS, the pound, how to use the posting options like font colour and urls. Much of the CS ways and options are stuck in my head like glue. Right now I have joined the adopt a newbie thread. So I usually help answer newbies who have questions about CS = ). I pretty good at explaining roleplaying too as it's one of my favourite things to do. I'd love to help someone make their or roleplay or even help them join one. I am also very friendly and very talkative. I wouldn't mind repeating things over and over. It'll remind me of things if I forget myself. I do not get aggrivated too easily either.

The joy of helping out CS members is very satisfying to myself. I remember when I was a newer member of CS, being very confused on how things work. Like the pound, trading, and posting. Now that I know CS very well I hope to pass on some of my own knowledge to other newer members of CS. As I know CS aquires many new members each day. I really enjoy welcoming new members in the 'Introductions' thread and if I were able to become a General Helper I can devote my free time on CS to helping others with questions or problems they may have. I would hate to see someone quit CS because they are having a hard time figuring out how this site works. There were a couple times I did want to quit CS for those reasons, but I'm here to stay now! I remember several times when I needed help with a few things. A lot of the CS users were so nice and helped me out so I could understand the site better. I really hope to do the same to other users needing some help. It would also be a great honor and oppurtunity to become a General Helper. Being a General Helper would show the users that I am here to help at any given time and that I am willing to help them get used to CS. I understand to that lots of CS users will be applying for the postition and I just wanted to give it a shot. Since who wouldn't want to be a GH? If I were chosen that would be absolutely fantastic, and if I am not. That's perfectly fine. I will always help CS users no matter what. Whether it be answering questions in the forums or gifting pets to some of the other members. Last time you CS was looking for new GH I wasn't here long enough. Even then I really wanted to apply, but I couldn't. So now that I have been here long enough I was very excited to apply. Knowing that I would be helping people puts a smile on my face. Even now as I write this form. I feel by applying and if I do get picked I will be repaying CS for it's kindness of members and effort that Tess and Nick put into this site so it may run. Since as a normal user I can't do much, but help others out. While the admins, mods, and artists make the adoptable pets, fix problems with the site, and countinue to make it even better than it already is. Everyday, I enjoy my time here.

Well I'm always logged in and I tend to stay on for hours just to be with friends or to role-play, etc. If I were to estimate how long I roam around I would say roughly 6 hours average.

Well I do speak one other language but I don't think many people on here speak the same language. I also helped friends before in peer mediation or to resolve problems between them. I can't really consider my self a trade value expert but I do know an unfair trade when I see one. I do help many of my friends out by answering people on the threads when my friends are not online, I find it enjoyable to be able to help someone in need. I have played around with oekaki many times and I know pretty well how it works, I might not be 100 percent sure but I'm guessing I know enough.

I find it enjoyable to help other players and I truly love helping anyone new on CS, I really don't want new players to have to go through the confusion I went through when I first joined. I felt this might be the perfect way for me to be able to help others out so I decided to sign up.
