When Tess says "edible", does she mean sweet, or can we use things that usually don't belong on a cake- like potatoes?

food is edible. carbord and plastic and glue isn't.

I know what the word edible means but I was wondering if we have to stay within what cakes are usually made of, or if we can use edible items that aren't usually used in a cake.

You can use potato as a decoration. Cut it into the shape of a dog, paint it like a CS dog and put it on a cake X3

Not sure if it's allowed though. But I do know that I won't use anything you don't usually put on a cake^^
