If someones really rude like "I want you to help me now!" What do you do? Do you answer them or say that they are being rude to them

You can always expect to have some people speaking more bluntly or impatiently than others, for various reasons such as them feeling stressed after having a bad day, not being a native English speaker and simply not knowing how to say something more politely, and so on. What you're supposed to do in those situations as a GH / staff member is no different than if you were still a regular member.

You are expected to treat everyone with respect, even if you feel like they aren't being as nice as they could be, and sometimes that can mean overlooking a mildly impatient or annoyed comment or politely letting the person know how you feel and that you are doing your best to help them. If someone is being overly mean to you, however, you can report them and they will be spoken to about their behavior. Just use your own judgement to decide which is more appropriate for the situation.

I applied yesterday for General Helper! I'm super excited for the results! How many people do you usually pick for General Helper? Also, I had an account before, and forgot the password to it, so I made a new one. I made sure to include that in the app. ^^ Also, if you get accepted as General Helper, do you have to do another application to be "ranked-up"? Or do staff watch to see how you're doing, and decide from there?

These questions have all been answered previously. Typically 5-10 new GH will be accepted, and if you want a higher position you must apply for it normally (GH are not staff).
