Equine Transformation Project - VOTING CLOSED

The demand for Equimagines has gone up already. I've been trying to find some of my missed unicorns for the past few days and no one is biting. (: Even if the transformation doesn't happen, this has been a big boost for old equines.

I've taken mine out of the trade groups until the change either goes down or doesn't. If they change, it's highly possible I'll keep them. If they don't, well, back into the trade groups they'll go, where they've been sitting untouched for years

Funny that's how all my new horses have been sitting as well. In my trade group untouched since I put them there.

I want this to happen soo bad, I don't love equi's lines and it kind of feels like fixing up something to make it worth more, like an old car or something.

The only other example that's been posted so far is the bunny draft, though apparently Sorren has several more hidden up her sleeve. :3

I think I don't like the new draft because it's just another full on side view, just like the horses and ponies. What I liked about the old drafts was that it looked as if they were walking towards you (or looking at you). And that gives a better effect for the bunny nose and ears on the drafts.


IDK all the horses and ponies now just seem flat. D:

I think with the shading Yul's looks more 3D to me, Equi;s looks like the hind legs are one, they seem flat just because of the shading.

disagree the whole conformation of the legs, chest, and head set of the new line art is awkward to a horsey person...the gait of the Equi is animated something we would see as a horse actually moves its kind of hard to explain without getting too technical I hadn't noticed until they were posted side by side

On the topic of the Arabian lines, isn't it unfair to people who paid real money for them? Is custom lineart for them out of the question? While it might somewhat defeat the point of the item compatability, the general consensus I feel from the thread is that people would be happier if the were more unique, items irrelevant. I'm sure some guest artists could be brought on to help if they were needed?
It just seems like custom lines for a few things people are really upset about, the Rainbowmane, Buckskin PPS, Roadkill PPS, etc, might help alleviate some of the stress for people.

I know horses, I have been around them, I am saying nothing about that, I am saying her lines look flat because of the shading.

I feel like I'd like the rainbowmane a lot more as the regular horses... Not sure why, I just like the newer lines more for the rainbowmane.

I think this is a wonderful idea!I never liked the old horses. I have a few comments and questions,though.

Question 1- Will the new draft become the new weekly release lines that replace the spiders? We already have the chicken lines, so I was wondering if these would be a replacement?

Question 2- Will the new unicorn lines have different poses? Or will they be horse lines with some unicorn features instead of completely new lines?

Comment- I hope you don't mind this. I think the feathering on the draft horse's legs need to be fluffier.

Odd, I've gotten much better offers and more often on my Yulnyh's than I've ever gotten for my Equimagine's.
I'm lucky if I trade the rare ones for uncommons, lol.


The change will definitely boost their popularity more, at least from me - there's so many designs I would love a lot more on Yulnyh's lines~
