Hope everyone attending is having lots of fun! Love to see some more pictures of the event. I can't go because I know my parents would say no, I live in England and I'm in middle of my exams. Perhaps when I'm - hopefully - at uni, and it happens again and I have the money I can go.

Hey there Tess & Nick. I thought you might want a heads up. You're probably already business savvy enough to know about this kind of thing, but hey, I'm a concerned fan.
I saw an off-site chat that said "I'm going to buy up a whole bunch of C.S. stuff at Anthrocon and then sell stuff like it online for much more." You might want to be on the lookout for for impostors or merchandise impersonators selling spin-offs after Anthrocon. Especially before you yourself start selling and/or if you're giving anything away free at the Convention. It might help to post just exactly what you sold and it's price (after the convention of course, even if it is not available to us.) so that all the C.S. people know how to spot an impostor's merchandise.
It's especially easy for the um... "bad people" for lack of better words... to sell spin offs now that t-shirt shops that multi-merchandise are advertising to "bring in any photo, we will put it on whatever you want."
I would absolutely love it if you designed a "Chicken Smoothie Fan" t-shirt and made it available. Heck, I'd even design a prototype for you if you'd like. Assuming you didn't already do this at the convention, lol.
I hope all of your original stuff carries the trademark symbols somewhere and that no one will take advantage of your generosity. I'm so glad you guys decided to start selling merchandise, I've been waiting every since we got the buttons last year for the cake contest.
Concerned, sometimes over-motherly fan.
