That's what I thought xD sorry bout that
I don't understand why you guys are bickering about how realistic the new draft lines are.
I personally think they look amazing.
Oh, and they aren't traced. (;

Atwood wrote:The idea of having a second poll with some exemptions/alterations (like PPS foals and the RBM) only came up after discussion in the thread - originally there was only going to be the one poll, but enough people seem to be stuck on those specific pets that it seems worthwhile to give them special consideration. :3
thanks Atwood..trying to sift through whats related a like/dislike issue, true facts, and strong emotion has been challenging to read..it is really nice to know that you guys are working behind the scenes to make decisions based on fact & fairness

In regards to the whole anatomy fit over the new draft lines...my neighbors have some stunning Shires and the new lines match up to them much better than the old lines...the old lines look like my Quarter horse with a thicker head.
And if we're really going to
debate anatomy here, then we all should be complaining about Equimagine's horse lines. Again, I mean no disrespect towards Equimagine, but her style just isn't as realistic as Yulynh's

And look at how cute the little trotting ponies are! They remind me so much of our Shetland, he's so adorable when he trots ;u;
EDIT: Eclipseranch, your siggy is very nice. I don't like all of these massive banners telling you to vote yes or no...they're kind of in your face, but yours is nice and neutral

I know that there is variety, that is quite obvious. I am simply saying that the typical draft horse doesn't look like it's on steiroids. Sorry you all seem to have taken this way beyond what I ever thought it would be. I know I do not know everything about drafts but seeing as they are one of my favorite breeds, I do know a lot. I honestly dont think they should use the new draft lines, I have seen more people saying things look out of proportion on it than I have seen people saying they like it. And if you have been watching this thread you will realize that there is quite a few that do like the new lines.

But I guess I'm not really a horse person so I can't say much towards that ^^;
It's cute, just the legs. I don't think they look smooth enough I guess?
The legs, the tail, the head, the body....I have heard a lot of people say it looks funny....I think they should maybe try a new position for the draft..

This photo shows how thick and chunky draft horse legs can get:

They're built to have very muscular legs (basically, everything about a draft horse is muscular- they're the weight lifters of the horse world) and large joints. It varies by the horse and I agree that the lines are a bit too jagged for my tastes, but they're actually not too far off. ^^

I have to admit, this is probably the worst I have seen any of us clash heads. :c It's kind of scaring me in a way. I can't see why people can't take the time to think about the other side before slamming down more hate posts. x ~ x;
I took into consideration many many things, but right now everything is starting to get out of hand or is repeating.. or, it's something so pointless... like ranting about how big a draft should be. ; A ;"
We all need to step back and take a big breath and maybe eat a few cupcakes.
I could not agree more.. <heading out to get cupcakes>

Yes, but it isn't wrong to have a strong opinion about
anything, right? A lot of people agree, a lot of people disagree. Some people can be a little too sensitive, but does it matter? Most people will never see each other is real life anyways and if they do they will probably have no idea who they are. Sorry if I sound rude though.

I get what you're saying about the muscle. I can definitely see that with the new drafts. It's the first joint I guess that throws me off a bit ^^;
But I do see how they're more realistic that Equi's.

Yes, but this is a biased opinion with quotes on only what you believe in. I'm not saying that your opinion is stupid I'm saying that there is an equal proportion of people who like it and people who don't on this thread.
