A poll on the front page where everyone can vote is a great idea. Even placing a box for comments so even COPPA can voice their reasons would be nice.

I disagree. Some people are already worked up and crying as it is. I don't think allowing even younger members to join the debating would turn out well. Some of them are mature enough to handle it, but overall, I doubt it'd work.

Okay, I read over the first post again, Tess posted about a possible revote and, I think more people would aagree with that one.

Yeah, but if I'm understanding correctly, that will be a completely separate poll that takes place about whether the PPS ponies and rainbow mane will change. It's not a revote on the whole subject.

And I agree with not letting COPPA'd members comment. It would just create even more issues.

Don't the lines HAVE to be changed now that art theft is known? Art theft can put people in jail, Then again look how long it has been. Really no vote is needed, The lines will be changed.

I dont really like the idea, in my opinion i think we should just keep the old linearts because i think its nice to see the older generation of horses and ponies look different from the ones now becuase its nice to have a difference.

I love how so many people are getting up in arms about not wanting the lines to change. It seems like no one remembers that Malks lines were revamped as well, and the newer line arts were much better than the old ones, look at how much people love malk pets now. We weren't even given the option to vote for the change when that happened, it just happened.

That's the problem. Everyone keeps comparing this vote to Malk changing her lines.
Well, keep in mind that most of us [myself included] weren't around when Malk changed her lines, most of us joined in the last couple years.

If you weren't around for the last change, why jump to conclusions about how you will feel if it's done now? If you never experienced something, you don't know if you'll like it or not.
