i agree with lights, we are allowed to post our opinions but if people are not going to be reasonable and civil people might not want to post their opinions therefore staff might not know what people are thinking, please let people have their own opinion, you can say reasons why you think the change should go through and vice versa but dont claim your opinion is correct.

Otherwise, this thing might potentially be decided by less than 6% of the community, and I don't like the way that sounds.

280,386/2969 = 94.45 (rounded)
That means approximately 5.5% of users have given an opinion on the matter as of writing this post...

You are very right. I think something this big should be on the front. Honestly, I see no point in being able to post about it, it only starts fights. Though, posting questions is fine. Just by voting, the opinion has been given. No need to shout at others about it.

What makes you think the poll results will be much different if more users vote?
Think of it this way: If you flip a coin 10 times, it should land on heads 5 times- 50% of the time. If you flip it 100 times, it should land on heads 50 times- again, 50% of the time.

But still, it would be nice if more people got a say in this, even if it won't change anything.

I love how so many people are getting up in arms about not wanting the lines to change. It seems like no one remembers that Malks lines were revamped as well, and the newer line arts were much better than the old ones, look at how much people love malk pets now. We weren't even given the option to vote for the change when that happened, it just happened.

I personally think the horses and ponies and what not should be redone on the newer lines. I've never been a fan of the old ones, they are the reason I don't collect horses because I'd feel bad leaving them out of my collection. But if they are going to be redone onto the newer lines, oh man, I'd love to collect them as well!

Keep in mind a lot of those users aren't even active. I saw a user join and in their signature was some advertisement for medicine. Never had an active account after thar. And the people who play for two days, decide it's boring, and leave.

There are a lot of people on this site who don't use the forums. I went a year only collecting pets!

I don't think it would change anything per se, but I just do not feel that a significant amount of the community can be represented when less than 6% are all that have given their opinion.

And I understand that a lot of users are not active, as I said before, but less than 3000?

Okay, maybe not bashing, but you were making it sound like her opinion was 'wrong'. Don't deny it.

@Hekomi: I'm really sorry, I don't want to accuse anyone but people should be able to post their opinions without other people jumping on them.
