I registered Friday August the Fifteenth, 2008 at 8:03 A.M., but unfortunately, my account laid dormant until around February of 2010, so I guess I'm not as old as my account mistakes me.

As of now, I have made 1,651 posts. (Not much of a role player)

Every day if it's possible- There are a few occasions (parties, etc.) where I am unable to visit, say for the night, but I'm quick to check back.

During Vacations: You can find me on Chicken Smoothie probably 8+ hours a day (like these past couple of weeks for example), give or take a few.
School Days: At least two to three+ hours. Depends on homework amount.
Weekends: Weekends are an iffy subject, seeing as each one is usually completely different then the last, but I'll definitely be on at least two hours.

Well, let's see...
-I'm fluent in English and Spanish, and semi-fluent in Latin (this doesn't sound that helpful, but since Latin is the base for most Romantic languages, I'm able to pick out words pretty easily... Not that I can't just run over to "Google Translate" nowadays...).
-I don't think I'm a trading expert, but I do know my rarities and years, so I've got the gist of it down fairly well. I also know how trading works, how to edit ones' trade rules, what COPPA'd means, if some trades are fair and others aren't...
-Unfortunately, I DON'T answer questions in the forums, only because I've berated a few times for "answering questions when I'm not a Helper, etc." ^^' Every question I've thought about answering/was going to answer/did answer though, managed to be correct.
-I know how to italicize words, underline words, bold worlds, change font color and size, plus URL, along with the rest of that area.
-I know my way around the site- where to find the rules for the site, find the Team, Private Policy, F.A.Q.'s, etc.
-I'm pretty good at manuvering around the Oekaki boards, and I know how to color in/save, and explain it pretty neatly.

-I think I'm fit for the job- I've been here a year (not long, yes), but I know what I'm doing now, and I think this opportunity would be a nice learning experience. I know my strengths and weaknesses, I know when to quit (say if there's an on-going fight), I know how to keep a clear mind and an unbiased opinion on the matter at hand, I know how to control my feelings, I know the Rules of the site, I know who the Administrators, Moderators, and other helpful members of the site are and I know the rules of a few important topics.
-I enjoy helping others- I've placed tidbits of helpful information into some posts I've done over the years for other members in need, and I wouldn't mind doing that every day.
-Well, when I was a newbie here for the second time (because the first time I didn't really post anything), about a year ago, I didn't really have much of anyone to greet me- I still don't have many friends added to my list (the only two being my best friend who doesn't get on here anyway, and my best friends' cousin who is COPPA)- but I was sort of alone. My limited number of posts contributed to this- since I sort of "hid in a corner" because even though I liked being here (it was friendly after all- a wonderful environment), no one really wanted to talk to some really old player who was new. So after searching around the forums, I found the Oekaki, and sort of found my happy medium in Chicken Smoothie. I'm not blaming any one or anything, but I don't really want anyone else to feel the need to crawl into a corner, as to not be a bother to anyone else.
-I'm excited for this position because this will probably help me with making some new friends- I have made some, that's for sure, but I'd be able to help someone out, and get to know someone at the same time- this, personally, sounds like a good idea for both myself and others.
-I'm sure this is said quite a bit, but being part of the staff, even if it is a General helper, just has a wonderful ring to it. I mean, being able to contribute to a site that I've visited daily for over a year now, seems like a nice way of giving back. You and Nick and the rest of the helpers around here work so hard to keep us members entertained and in check, what with Christmas, the Medieval Event, Halloween and all the other holidays. This seems to be one of the best ways to contribute back, so if you'd have me, I'd love to help! And thanks for reading through and giving me the opprotunity!

How many days a week do you usually visit CS?: Seven days a week.
How many hours per day do you usually spend on CS, on a day that you do visit?: I spend as much time on here that I can. Sometimes I keep a tab open on here when I'm on other sites so that I can check up on some posts. Of course, real life does take time out of here, but I can't help that and family, friends, and education do come first. All in all, I can be on CS roughly between three to eight hours. Most of the time, when I'm on I prowl around the forums and look at threads.
Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position (this is not required): I'm not very good at listing my "talents" or "skills" but I'll give it a shot.

I have helped many people who have asked me questions through PM (though, mainly about art) and have spent time before commenting on the "Introductions" thread to help some of the newbies. I feel as though I am well educated in CS and how it works. If there's anything that I need to learn or need to learn better, I'd happily do my best to engrave it in my brain and pass it on to anyone who needs it. I'm willing to do whatever I have to to be a help on the site ^^
Why do you want to be a General Helper?: I remember when I first joined, I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. I was a newbie lost a world of more experienced players, and I was very intimidated by everything, especially since CS is the first major forum that I've joined. Looking back at some of my posts and trades, I realize that I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. I just want to offer the same help that I so needed when I first joined. x3

I have no problem typing out several paragraphs explaining why and how things work. In fact, having a little sister, I have to repeat myself several time just to get the message through. But the feeling of knowing that you're making someone's life so much easier is a reward all in its own.

I admit, my ultimate dream is to be in the CS staff, but I will not let that hinder me or my work and I'd sincerely love to offer a hand to those who need it. Thank you for giving this opportunity to us.Good luck to all who enter and good luck to those who are making the decision.

How many days a week do you usually visit CS? Seven, unless I'm dragged off to go somewhere. Even then, I usually get back on the computer when I get home.

How many hours per day do you usually spend on CS, on a day that you do visit? Hmm. 12 hours if I have all day, less if I don't. School's starting up, so my average time may be 6 hours, maybe more or less.

Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position I like to help out, even if I'm not asked. Although I think I'm rude when I do that.. it may be a skill? I don't know. I know how to use the codes on here(bold, underline, etc), and I can understand the language of chat/teaxt speak to an extent(hehe..). I try to be as mature as possible, and I'm calm and persistent when it comes to arguing about something I know I'm right about(a rule, etc). I am try to understand problems.
I ask questions if I need an answer.

Why do you want to be a General Helper? I like to help people. Honestly, the words 'thank you' make me happy. So I try to help people to get thanked. I know I haven't posted much on any board other than the Roleplay and Oekaki boards, but I'm extremely willing to get my butt up from my RPs and go check out the CS Suggestions and Problems board. I like repeating myself when it's something that'll help others. I know I'm not the best person for the job, but I'm very willing, and ready to be dedicated. I don't care as much as my name being colored than the prospect of helping others.

We had a big argument problem on my "Super Mario Fan Club" thread in the clubs section of the forum a few months back, but we solved it and another member took over the club for me. I usually check it for problems every once in a while, but nothing has come up since. (:
I think I am pretty good with trades, saying that it's my favorite part of CS! I know you have to deal with the other person's rules and I learned my lessons within my first months of the website. You should always think about what the other player wants when trading, it isn't all about you!
I mainly help the members that I talk to in clubs who I know are younger than me and who haven't been on CS for as long as I have been (sometimes you can just tell when they are young and new, you know?)
6. Why do you want to be a General Helper?
I think it would be a great opportunity to help out with new members, trades, and with the problems on the forum. I remember when I first joined and I had so many friends in real life on CS to ask questions to, and seeing all these people who don't know anyone with accounts just makes me want to tell them everything about CS. Chicken Smoothie is a pretty complex site, and it takes a while getting used to. It would be great to have the chance to help new people and everyone with trading, the forums, and especially making sure they read the rules for everything on the website!

How many days a week do you usually visit CS?
I usually visit CS everyday unless I'm extremely busy or going somewhere (like going to New York for a few days without a laptop).

How many hours per day do you usually spend on CS, on a day that you do visit?
I usually spend 2 hours but I have been on for 8 hours before.

Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position?
I speak another language (Mandarin) and I'm looking to take Korean/Japanese classes.
When my friends fight I try to stop the fight since I hate it when people fight (cause they drag people in too D:) so I usually try to stop fights unless it's about something personal that I shouldn't stick my nose into.
I'm not exactly a trade value expert... But I can tell when trades are unfair.

Why do you want to be a General Helper?
I really like helping people. Helping people.. makes me happy I guess. A lot of people have helped me in the past (like my family) and in return I help them. People on CS have helped me and I feel like I should give something back.

   On CS I'll usually try to visit everyday of the week, but sometimes I can only visit on Mondays-Fridays. ^^' Kind of the opposite of most people, I guess.

   I would have to say that I spend, maybe, around 4-6 hours a day on CS. Give or take a little, sometimes, though.

   Um,I can only think of a couple 'skills' that could come in handy, really. Like, my mind can work backwards, so I think that could be a bit of a help to some of those people who also think the way I do. Or, I usually over-explain answers just in case, sometimes. And, I guess another one would have to be my self-control. Which would really come in handy on the 'job' of a General Helper, eh? Haha, well if I could possibly think of anymore, I'll be sure to edit my post with it. :3

   Honestly, it's always been my dream to be of help to Chicken Smoothie, but not something as important as a moderator, so I guess a General Helper would be a perfect place to be of help. Then again, I generally just love to talk to people and help them out, always been just a 'thing' of mine, really. ^^

I am fairly good with my organization so that I can get a bit of time on CS but it dosen't make me late/lazy with homework and my social life. I am active in Introductions and CS Suggestions and Problems, I can read and write a little bit of Japanese (Oh and i'm good with spelling and grammer ;D)

Why do you want to be a General Helper?:
Because I want to help people and I want other people to see that I want to help them. But Even if I dont get this job I will still help other people and hopefully become a better person. I want to give a little more to the CS community be out there and do something and I think that getting this job would make me more motivated to do something more for this community. I want people here to feel like they are having fun and are being helped by normal people around the community and I just hope that I can be one of those people.
