Tess...can you delete/not count my entry when you close the applications? I am extremly depressed and sad, and I do think that there are more people on here that could get the 'job', not I myself. Thank you very much, and good luck! <3

1.What date did you register as a CS member?: Saturday November Sixth, 2010.
2.How many posts have you made in the forum (at the time of applying): 7,127.
3.How many days a week do you usually visit CS? Seven, if not six!
4.How many hours per day do you usually spend on CS, on a day that you do visit? On days that I have school, around three hours. On days I don't [weekends and some mondays], five or six.
5.Have you moderated on any other forums before? If so, please link to them. No, I haven't.
6.Have you ever used the CS oekaki to draw? Yes, of course!
7.Do you ever spend much time browsing the oekaki board just to look at the art posted there? Definitely; at least a third of my time on CS is spent there!
8.Now the important question: Why do you want to be an oekaki moderator for CS? I think it would suit me. Plus, I spend lots of time scrolling the oekaki boards anyhow. Second, it sounds like too much fun! Third, I could do an amazing job of enforcing rules.
9.Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position (this is not required) (for example have you had any experience in peer mediation?) I have a strong ability working with other people, and it is easy explaining things for me. Also, I do not bias rules or cave in on warnings.

What date did you register as a CS member?: May 13th, 2009
How many posts have you made in the forum (at the time of applying): 4671 posts
How many days a week do you usually visit CS? I normally get on everyday for extended periods of time unless an event is going on in real life that prevents me from being on.
How many hours per day do you usually spend on CS, on a day that you do visit? Well, I'd say between 2-6+ hours.
Have you moderated on any other forums before? No, I have not had the opportunity on any other site.
Have you ever used the CS oekaki to draw? Yes, I have used the CS Oekaki. Probably not as often as most because I don't think I'm a great artist, but I do enjoy coloring in editables from time to time.
Do you ever spend much time browsing the oekaki board just to look at the art posted there? I often venture to the Oekaki board, just to see what other creative minds have created. I truly enjoy looking at what others have made.
Now the important question: Why do you want to be an oekaki moderator for CS? I, myself, want to become and Oekaki Moderator because I really appreciate all types of art and this site. I don't want to sound as though I'm just trying to butter anyone up, but I don't think this site would be what it is without all the people who have helped. I have been on this site for a few years now and I would love to help the site become a better site in any way possible. I also would like to become and Oekaki Moderator so I can help teach others how to be good members on this site because I think this is part of any job on this site. Thirdly, I feel that I would be in a way repaying all of the other staff for all they have done for the many members of CS.
Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position (this is not required) (for example have you had any experience in peer mediation?) Well, other than different situations in everyday life with my friends, I haven't experienced any peer mediation, but I don't think I would have an issue acting as a mediator in any type of situation. I think that I can be a big help sorting and cleaning the Oekaki boards, as well as, making sure everyone posting there is following all rules and take care of ones that are not. I feel as though I could help this site very effectively if chosen to become a staff member.

What date did you register as a CS member?: (if it's less than 6 months ago, do not apply)
November 27, 2009 (Japan time)
How many posts have you made in the forum (at the time of applying): (if it's less than 300, do not apply)
849 (Not so many because once I wasn't on CS for a looong time.)
How many days a week do you usually visit CS?
7
How many hours per day do you usually spend on CS, on a day that you do visit?
2-4 and +
Have you moderated on any other forums before? If so, please link to them
Nope. But hopefully, I will on here. :)
Have you ever used the CS oekaki to draw?
Yes, but I really just look at all of the art. I like using my art program better though.
Do you ever spend much time browsing the oekaki board just to look at the art posted there?
I usually only go there to look at the art.
Now the important question: Why do you want to be an oekaki moderator for CS?
I've always wanted to help CS since I joined it. I think I would be perfect for the job because: I've been solving problems for people since I was 7. For example: Anthony stole my eraser (My name here)! No I didn't! He said I could! NO! YEAH! (I know, it's horrible. :P) I've had lots of experience keeping others and myself calm in fights. I can calm them down, tell them what they did, then in this case, report them to the admins/mods. I've made lots of enemies doing this, so I'm used to it. I think I'm mature because I do this and I'm not even 12 yet. I've figured out people's deepest and darkest secrets on accident, and never told anybody a wee bit about them. I'm friendly to anybody; Even rule breakers. Even if they seem like absolutely horrible people, I'm friendly. If I caught a rule breaker, I'd probably say: Hi, but I've seen you've broken the (rule) rule. Please don't do this again. Thanks! However, If they respond upsetly, I can be firm. I'm very well spoken with others, And last, I'm pretty much on CS with all of my free time. I think that's good. Do you?
Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position (this is not required) (for example have you had any experience in peer mediation?)
As you can see above, I've had lots of experience at peer meditation. I also know a bit of Chinese and I'm learning it if there are people on CS who don't speak English.

I hope I make it!

✧✦My Application✦✧

What date did you register as a CS member?: June 12th, 2010

How many posts have you made in the forum (at the time of applying): 1030

How many days a week do you usually visit CS?: Seven days a week, every week.

How many hours per day do you usually spend on CS, on a day that you do visit?: About 6-7 hours. I basically live on here, even during school, as I'm home-schooled.

Have you moderated on any other forums before?: No, I have not, though I self-mod my own threads and help friends to mod their's if that counts at all

Have you ever used the CS oekaki to draw?: Frequently, though I'm better at traditional media. I do, however, make chibi adoptables that turned out well, in my opinion

Do you ever spend much time browsing the oekaki board just to look at the art posted there?: All the time. I adore looking at other's art, though I don't often post to compliment, I still love to look at the beginners and intermediate.

Now the important question: Why do you want to be an oekaki moderator for CS?: Well, quite a long time ago, I came into a misunderstanding with 'art theft', though it was really just failure to credit a reference, as I did not know any better so long ago, and I'd like to help others avoid this and to be helpful around the Oekaki board since I browse it much to often anyways. I also aspire to be a traditional media artist, and I try in vain to attempt at digital media and photo manipulation, so I like to browse the artwork around here, and I anything I can do to help the community of CS I aspire to do.

Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position (this is not required): I have taken peer mediation courses in the past, and I also took a conflict resolution course a couple years back to become a junior camp counselor, and we had to do a few tests on mediation and resolution of arguments. I can also speak spanish and french fairly fluently if that helps at all. I'm also an amateur artist, so perhaps I can help critique other artists, etc.

I'd just like to say, thanks for considering me whether you pick me or not ^.^

What date did you register as a CS member?:
February 1, 2009

How many posts have you made in the forum (at the time of applying):
7222

How many days a week do you usually visit CS?
Usually, I am on Chickensmoothie at least a bit every day. If I go on a vacation where I dont know if I'll have internet, I give quite a few days of notice. I also give notice before I know I'll get extremely busy in life.

How many hours per day do you usually spend on CS, on a day that you do visit?
On weekends, during breaks, or in the summer, I can be found on CS quite often. While I am not on for hours at a time like I used to, I will have an extra tab open so I can check back every so often. In all, each day that I visit I will be on at least 3 hours. On Fridays and Saturdays, I will be logged on for much longer because I can stay up a lot later.

Have you moderated on any other forums before? If so, please link to them?
I have not moderated on any other forums before, but I am going to be running a role play here starting in October.
I have run a few role plays around CS and have been able to manage them easily.
I am a mini-mod in training on the Carpet Sprite here.

Have you ever used the CS oekaki to draw?
Since Gimp hates me, whenever I do draw on the computer it is usually on the CS oekaki program. I have 246 drawings in my gallery at this moment. It is also helping me get better at drawing since I know how to use it. I am very familiar with the program.

Do you ever spend much time browsing the oekaki board just to look at the art posted there?
I love browsing all of the oekaki boards to see what is going on in the minds of fellow Chickensmoothians. It is always very interesting and I love viewing art from members. The amount of talent on Chickensmoothie is astouding, and I probably spend a lot of my time on CS in the intermediate boards staring in awe.

Now the important question: Why do you want to be an oekaki moderator for CS?
Over my years on the internet, I have seen and heard so much about art theft and it discusts me. I want to make our community a better place here with less theft and even more happiness. I cant stand bullies or those who couldn't care less about the rules that make up much of the structure of a website. A lot of the time, I see people who plan to leave saying that they were wronged and insulted by a few members. While I know that most of the members on Chickensmoothie are not like that, I want to help to make sure that their numbers decrease. I've seen some pretty rude comments put on some drawings and reported them. When I saw that they had been deleted, it made me so happy. Not only did that mean that the oekaki moderators were doing their job, but they also cared about our community.

Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position:
I was a peer mediator for many years in school and went through training for it. I know how to handle arguments and drama. I also am very patient when it comes down to it. I am incredibly neat and organized and so I would work hard to keep the oekaki boards clean and the drawings in the right place.

Thanks for this opportunity! Good luck to everyone who applied.

What date did you register as a CS member?
Fri Jul 10, 2009

How many posts have you made in the forum (at the time of applying)
9642

How many days a week do you usually visit CS?
Just about all seven days of the week.

How many hours per day do you usually spend on CS, on a day that you do visit?
I pop in every half hour/hour or so and check the boards and threads I run/help run all day. So technically I spend all day on here? I also visit the site with my smart phone often to check up on threads and browse when I'm on the go. I tend to lurk when I'm on the phone but if someone PMs me a question or I see something I can type up quickly I'll do it there.

Have you moderated on any other forums before?
I used to moderate at the "Fursona Zoo" site however it's now offline do to inactivity I believe.

Have you ever used the CS oekaki to draw?
I use it more to color in linearts, but on occasion I draw stuff too. I admit it's not my first choice of a drawing program but I do enjoy doodling and coloring linearts.

Do you ever spend much time browsing the oekaki board just to look at the art posted there?
Usually at night when the threads/boards I visit is mostly inactive. However if I did get the job i'd spend more time browsing through the art. I browse the art sometimes when I'm thinking about drawing or trying to color in something.

Now the important question: Why do you want to be an oekaki moderator for CS?
I really like helping out places and helping provide order. It's also a little bit of a accomplishment feel if I were to officially be on the CS staff I admit.

Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position
I help run several threads on the board so I'm used to dealing with people in a calm and orderly fashion. I've also help deal several art theft cases around CS so I'm getting used to finding stolen images and identifying popularly used ones. If it's anything, I've grown used to getting enemies and how to work efficiently despite gaining a few. So it takes much more than a few hurtful messages to bring me down. I've also been working on how to make decisions in disputes without taking sides between friends.

A WIP until I get home on my computer.
