Have you moderated on any other forums before? I am approved as a Maintenance Mod at Iwaku Roleplay, so I am waiting to officially be appointed to the job.
I have been a mod in many Threads, some of them were mine or was just helping out. Sometimes I do mini-mod, if the owner of the thread allows it.
So I take responsibility and am very serious about my duties.
Have you participated in many roleplays outside of CS before? I have been on many Roleplay Websites before and after I found about CS, and of course I have participated in many roleplays.
Most of the time I sit on the Computer, I have at least one Roleplaying Site opened, where I read roleplays or write ones. That's a big Hobby of mine...
Have you participated in many roleplays on CS before? Yes, but sadly some of them closed.
Why do you want to be a roleplay moderator for CS?
I would like to keep the Forums clean from inappropriate content, help other users and answer their questions, clean out misunderstandings and help CS to be fun for people of all ages.
I am very attached to Chicken Smoothie for a long time, during that time I communicated a lot with other people, had the opportunity to develop my writing skills to a new level every time I was writing.
And lastly, but not on last place I had pretty much fun, so I would like to do something for CS, as this place gave me all these stuff.
Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position (this is not required) (for example have you run your own roleplay website before, or have you had any experience in peer mediation?)
I am a very calm, respectful and nice person, not aggressive and would never deny to help if anyone has questions.
I consider my roleplaying at a Semi-Literate level, I am very aware of the CS Roleplay Rules and have more than enough time to watch over the Forums.
Actually, I made a Roleplay Website some time ago, but had to delete it due to the very few not-active members in it.

Sadly, the game never went public as we lost our coder and couldn't find another to take on the challenge. I still log on on occassion to keep the forums clean, so the website is still existing.)

Have you participated in many roleplays on CS before? Yes. Usually 1x1, but have participated in various others as well over the years.
Why do you want to be a roleplay moderator for CS? One thing that makes CS appeal to me over other sites is CS's stance on keeping it family friendly. I have thoroughly enjoyed every RP I've ever been in, and it would be my honor to help you all keep it that way-friendly, clean, and free from character theft and spam. It's not always friendly of course, and I would do my best to take care of any issues that crop up within the forums.
Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position (this is not required) (for example have you run your own roleplay website before, or have you had any experience in peer mediation?)
-I would place myself as a semi-lit RP'er, I generally don't do extremely long paragraphs.
-Norevara.forumotion.com was a website I designed and ran myself. Not an RP site, but still a website that used to be active until the coder for the actual game backed out.
-IRL I am an assistant manager, I generally am the one who handles customer complaints and mediation between upper management and employees.
-Also am the eldest of 8 kids, so am pretty used to breaking up and mediating a lot of fights lol

Have you participated in many roleplays on CS before?: yes, I started roleplaying back in 2010, and ever since I have been roleplaying. I tend to read through some of the group roleplays, and am always around the one on one forum, as well as groups.
Why do you want to be a roleplay moderator for CS?: I have a lot of time on my hands, and have been roleplaying, and on chicken smoothie for years. I am very familiar with the rules, and what is acceptable and not on the roleplay boards. Since roleplaying is something I am really passionate about, I would really love to be a moderator to keep chickensmoothies roleplay boards appropriate for all members.
Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position?: I have been roleplaying for years, I have roleplayed on many other sites, and have familiarized myself with chickensmoothies roleplay rules.

I joined chickensmoothie earlier this year, in March.

So far, I've made 360 posts. Majority of which are partaking in various roleplays.

Yes, I am eligible to apply for this position.

4. How many days a week do you usually visit CS?
Seven days a week.

5. How many hours per day do you usually spend on CS, on a day that you do visit?
I usually will spend around two hours or more. But, often on the weekends and holidays, I spend roughly around more than seven hours on chickensmoothie. At this time, I will be able to give in more time to the forum since I'm on long vacation.

6. Have you moderated on any other forums before?
Yes, but majority of them have died ages ago, but I am willing to apply to the current active roleplay sites I'm in if they have any open spots available in the future.

7. Have you participated in many roleplays outside of CS before?
Yes, I participate in roleplays on various sites. Awesome Sauce, deviantArt, Fanfiction.net and Feral Heart. Majority of which are still very active, and mature at the same time. At times, I also participate in roleplays via email or even skype with close friends.

8. Have you participated in many roleplays on CS before?
Yes, so far I've participated in more than 30+ roleplays so far. I also like to take my time to read through roleplays just for enjoyment, but if I see something against the rules of the roleplaying forum, I quickly report it.

9. Why do you want to be a roleplay moderator for CS?
Since I've been a roleplayer for a few years and find this site quite bountiful with nice and interesting roleplays, I aspire to be a roleplay moderator on chickensmoothie because I think it would be a great opportunity for me to know all the other members on the website [but mainly those who participate on the roleplaying board] and also help chickensmoothie continue being a child-friendly website. With getting to know the other members on the forum, I honestly think that would provide me a great opportunity when it comes to finding things in common during roleplaying. It'll make roleplay finding a whole lot easier.

Other than those two reasons, I also want to be a roleplay moderator because I can add more experience under my belt if I choose to apply for other positions on other roleplay forums. It also would be a great opportunity for me because I see what CS roleplay moderators have to do and put up with, and frankly I just want to help them out and help carry their load because they do so much for the roleplay forum.

While also wanting more experience, I also want to know how a roleplay forum works because I am currently planning out a roleplay forum based website, that hopefully won't die out. I want to know how it works and what you have to do and I think that this opportunity will help me and the rest of the chickensmoothie community realise how much the cs moderators do to keep this community safe and child-friendly.

10. Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position.
I can bring various skills to the role of being a roleplay moderator. Some of which that specialise in just for social interactions, since I am partaking in events that support peer support and sorting out how to deal with social problems -mainly fighting between groups of people.

Other than that, I also use daily meditation to help calm myself down and others depending on their problem, while also taking my time to listen to their problems, find the main source, and give them advice on the problem depending on the scenario; if it was just a fight between two groups, I would try to nullify the problem on both sides, and give advice to finish the problem depending on the willingness of each side without being bias and treating both sides equally.

Also, I can bring to the position of being a roleplay moderator is my willingness and commitment to the role. I will do my best on the forum and make sure that chickensmoothie stays a child-friendly website, since I've seen what the internet can provide to young children and kids and the repercussions that follow after from personal experiences that personally, I wish to avoid and not happen again.

I also know the forum rules, and thus know what isn't allowed on chickensmoothie and what is. For example; with the images, I can easily track down the original image and see the terms and conditions that accompany the image when using it, and also check if the image is under the law of copyright.

All of them. There is rarely a day where I am not on at least once.

3 hours on a typical day. I start my day with CS and I log in at peppered times throughout so it's difficult to get a good estimate. My schedule for next year is open, so I'll have lots of free time for CS.

Yes, I was player moderator for my class on the old SWG forums. They're gone now though, but that was a position of 1 out of 100 thousand or something like that.

Oh, yes. I love Gaia's This is Halloween. I have two characters there and have been playing for over a year. I also still RP on a private board for the online game Istaria. I was very active in SWG's RP community on the forums from 2007-2011. I've also been a pen and paper gamer for many years so I'm quite adept at RPing in different worlds.

Have you participated in many roleplays on CS before?
No. I don't know if that automatically disqualifies me or not, but I prefer to play Gaia's more rigid structure and the ability to create events like dice rolls and RGN for battles and the like.

Why do you want to be a roleplay moderator for CS?
I may not have participated in the RP boards here on CS but that doesn't mean I don't enjoy lurking and seeing what other people come up with without the tools I've become so accustomed to using. I'm always amazed at the different styles of RP here on CS, but at the same time, there are some things that could stand to be cleaned up a little to keep things organized and free of spam, not to mention keep things appropriate.

Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position (this is not required) (for example have you run your own roleplay website before, or have you had any experience in peer mediation?)
I used to work in customer service, so it's kind of a second nature to try and figure out how to diffuse a difficult situation. I have a very good handle on the site's general rules and the site's RP rules as a whole. I have a rather diverse experience with RP, so I'm familiar with all of the terms.

Oh boy, at least 6 or more hours. I generally always leave it up.

Not forums, I was moderator of 2 sadly now fallen owned Ning sites. (The owner couldn't afford to pay for them anymore.) I am in the process of making my own Proboards type site that will soon itself turn into an owned RPG. ^^

Yes, again closed ning sites, they were Supernatural related, the name was "On the road" and soon my own. I also roleplayed on Aywas, but it's not based on RP as it's a sim pet collecting site. I mostly do 1X1 roleplays on AIM with friends.

Why do you want to be a roleplay moderator for CS?
I like to help out where ever, and however I can. I am constantly "stalking" the boards digging through forums for possible role plays for myself to join. I am constantly on even during the holidays. The only time I'm not is when I lose power, then I'm sad.
Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position:
I have co-owned RP websites, and have made a few on CS. I, again, am in the works of making an RPG site, it will be based on Supernatural but will also have a multi-fandom area. I used to work as a Trail Guide (Horses) so I always had to work with people and kids if they were scared or new to horseback riding. A few times I would have to jump from my horse to help those out of control. I am not afraid to take action where needed. ^^
