I think that what ever seems best for CS right now is the way to go...And more people seem to want the old lines gone, but even though some of us (including me) will miss them, maybe it is best to say good bye to the old horses.
So I changed my vote to Yes, however I respect other's opinion on no.
(But, can't we all just respect each other's opinion? *note that I'm not targeting any one in general.)

We've already had a big scandal about the lineart and decided to let it stay... why add to the shame of having a 'traced' lineart by eliminating it after approving its keeping? CS is a place where we are supossed to expect and accept mix ups and the past and all that; besides, the older linearts do have more personality... and frankly I do not like the new draft horse lines... or the pony, or the horses either.
Might I suggest a tick button on each persons user page? We could opt in or out to having the linearts changed for each of our profiles... the horses would appear with whatever lineart we prefer... if that could be coded?
I think an option button would be awsome! Then there wouldn't be so many stupid fights and arguments over new lines and all that stuff.
Omg bless this! An epic idea I aggree 100%

Body-wise it would still have to be the same proportions as the Yulynh horses or else the whole item unification intent wouldn't work.

Your idea is nice, but it is impossible to satisfy everyone with one thing. :(

That would be a TON of work for the artists, though. Not only would they have to start up whole new lines, they'd also have to re draw the designs there. And what would become of Yulynh's lovely lines?

Do you actually want pets that have lines that don't actually belong to the artist?
I really don't want to get into this any deeper.
*slithers out of the thread*
Hmph. Am I the only one who doesn't mind if they were traced or not?
I'm guessing so.
Just because they were traced doesn't mean they're horrible lines and they shouldn't be on the site.
The same with people hating Equi because of the traced lines.
People keep going, If those lines are traced I hate them!
I see that as a horrible mistake.
They were traced and therefore it's theft. The majority of people mentioning it simply do not want stolen artwork to tarnish the reputation of CS.
I understand that. I think I'll jump out of this thread, it's getting chaotic.
