Pets from the last five years are whats at the top of list I think the pound just pulls 1000 pets at random from it's ungrouped pets to place in the adoption area hence as to why it's the past five years o.o

There's just happens to be many more recent pets than older ones in the Pound. So, yeah, it pulls rabdominal pets of certain rarities. Chances are much higher of a 2014 Very Rare being added into the mix than of a Rares List from 2008.
This is where re releases are nice. ^_^

Oh, wow! thanks! now i will be able to get pets every three hours! this will be great because i am not on chicken smoothie as much as i was, so now when I'm on, i can go to the pound! thanks nick that is helpful!

I have a small suggestion (if that's okay)

I've noticed people basing their adoptions off of the date rather than the looks.
Maybe in another site uprate you can remove the date so people solely base their adoption off of appearance?

Is it set to only release pets from the last five years? I've noticed now since the date of pets changed from days to when the pet was released, and I have yet to see a pet older than August 2011.

I can confirm this is not true. There was a true date Candy Cane dog (Rares List pet) in the Pound today
