Admitting to something doesn't make it right, you must correct yourself with change to truly move on.
My point is that she admitted to her mistake and she payed for it by leaving CS, so what is the point of bringing it back up? To shame her further? I just think it annoying that people are so quick so judge her and talk about her like she is a horrid person. I actually saw a CS staff member say earlier that her feelings don't matter anymore! How would that make you feel if you were the one being talked about? Yes, she made a mistake and a large one but why can we not just let it go? This is what drives me INSANE about people on CS, they will say anything! Please at least TRY to pit yourself on their shoes before saying anything bad about her or her art I dont care what you saw today on this thread but I have seen people bash her and her art for what she did and people have even gone as far as to call her a disgrace, something which hurts me deeply and I did not even know her. I cannot even begin to imagine what she would be feeling if she saw even a
fraction of the things that were posted about her today by simply rude and cruel people. Have you all NEVER heard of the phrase forgive and forget? I know she did something wrong but she still deserves to be forgiven.
I'll end my rant now.
If I goofed on that level - speaking as an artist - I'd expect this kind of reception. c':
Like I said, I'm not out to attack equimagine personally. I don't bring this up to shame her, or to make her feel bad, even if she doesn't even come on CS anymore.
I'm bringing it up because it's still a problem. There's still lineart of dubious nature in use. Everyone agrees that it's not quite kosher, and yet it's still in use. It's a mistake.
With this switch, we get a chance to fix that mistake.
Not to shame equimagine, not to ruin people's CS experiences, not to bash on the old lineart. To fix a mistake. c:
