Considering that euimagine gave CS rights to her lines, and that she is no longer on the site because of the tracing problems, they don't have to ask her, and probably won't. Its not a matter of how she feels anymore because she doesn't own the line art.

I'm in no way saying that we must ask equimagine, I'm just saying if at all possible since she was the one largely responsible for all these horses it would probably be a polite thing to ask her opinion... not make her opinion the law, just see how she feels about this.

If I were in her shoes, I would want the lines gone. I would be embarrassed to have ever done such a thing, and more importantly to have the evidence still there for all the world to see. I would be surprised if she felt differently.

What makes something a 'confirmed' tracing? Obviously the foal yes, but there are plenty of overlays proving that the pony and Draft and others were also traced.

I must say, if we do update the draft LA... Wouldn't we be able to create more? And add them to the monthly adopts? I love both draft lines. So I would just be wondering

That pony's hardly what I'd call 'proof' - there are almost no similarities in the lines. It's the same pose, yes, but it's also a very common pose (including details like the tail being swept over the leg - standard practice in pony show photography). The same goes for the other photo overlays. Someone made the point of this by overlaying one of Yulyhn's horses with a photo of a horse in similar pose, which matched about as well as most of those equimagine overlays and yet is definitely not traced or even referenced from that photo. The foals are obvious, as they match up perfectly, but I've yet to see anything similar for the adult lines (despite many, many different photos being claimed to have been 'traced' for those).

I agree with this. I've looked at the lines and people need to consider that there are only so many poses a horse's body can even make. Of course there will be similarities as long as it is anatomically correct. The foal I get. The others just don't click at all for me.
