YeAh, I've noticed previously after I've adopted from the pound it says the next time u could adopt is 3 hrs! I thought it was a glitch really awesome!

Just noticed the changes to the Pound, this is awesome! With close to 3 million pets in there, it's a lovely way to clear some of them out and give them new homes! Thanks everyone! <3
