New "high contrast" mode for forum posts

Loving the new high contrast option! Took a while to get used to the giant text, but I'm loving the forced black on white text :D

I do find it weird that quoted posts has the regular tan-ish grey background though.

Also weighing in that the contrast is a little too extreme for my eyes. I'd love to see an option that doesn't force the bright white background but still overrides text and makes it big like this.

this is a great idea! i think it would be really nice if it extended to trade rules too, although maybe without the white background :O
