Small change to rarity bar graphics

The custom bar looks really neat, and suits the consition well!
Also, It's definitely nice to have a better colour difference for the VC bar; much easier to see and less likely to confuse!


On another note, not that it has to be done, but because I'm curious,
but does this mean that this guy will get an update?



Or is he going to forever be a reminder to past colour we once had before?
