A few small forum changes

Just curious now that this happened. Why has there never been a Writing Competition subforum? We already have an Art Competition subforum and the Writing Discussion below it is mainly to discuss writing techniques and getting critique on your written pieces. Its not really dedicated for challenges for CS pets or other things.

Yes, this is great! A separate board for coding shops has been suggested too many times, and it's awesome that it is finally implemented.

Added a new board for "Coding and Signature Design Shops", as the General Art Shops board was full of these- old topics will be moved over

Has this been suggestion a ton in the suggestions area, because unless it comes under a different name or otherwise this hasn't been suggested as much as the split of the coding / art forms have.

Writing comps barely ever happen, where as the others consisted of atleast 1/3 of the forum. It really doesn't pay to have a whole sub-forum devoted to a small handful of threads.
