Oh, I freaked out when I saw them change! But I do adore the new lines and I understand <3 accept maybe give the blue one back its necklace? Idk I just feel like it gives it some kind of charm c:

Better yet, why don't we just get new lines? Because frankly the designs don't look good on these. They look compressed and pixelated.

I don't really see what you mean by "compressed and pixelated". Personally I think the artists did a fantastic job on putting the old designs on the new fox lines.






Especially the Valentine's foxes. The designs were very well adapted onto them and they look super cute now. Plus the style of them meshes better with the site now. I was never a fan of the old shima foxes having bangs anyway.

I still prefer the design on the older ones more, because I just enjoy softer designs and the new ones are "harder," I suppose is the best way to put it. They had a gentle feel to them, while these are slightly harsher. But they were indeed transferred over well.

❥ i think they're talking about the smooth shading on the birthday fox. see how there used to be soft swirls and patches on the blue one? the new fox doesn't have those. the new design just looks completely different, they used a hard brush on the parts of the designs that were intended to be soft. it looks fine on the valentine's foxes, but the birthday looks really different.
