How many hours do you usually spend on CS on an average day?:
I would say around three.
How many days a week do you usually visit CS?:
Seven.
Why do you want to be a fanart archivist?:
Well, by nature I'm a very organized person. I like things to be symmetrical and neat. And I think if you give a gift, it's very important for someone to acknowledge it and give the person a chance to show off. Not only is it a wonderful way for CS to show how much it cares for it's players, it's a wonderful way for the players to show how much they care for CS! I would take it very seriously! Thank you for the opportunity! c:

How many hours do you usually spend on CS on an average day?:
Casually, I usually tend to spend at least 1 and a half hours- two hours every day on CS. I can usually do this, but of course, we all know things sometime come up. On weekend, I'm often on multiple times for large portions of time throughout the day. However, if I get this position, I can promise that I'll try very hard to constantly go on throughout the day and update the archive. This, I can promise. (:
How many days a week do you usually visit CS?:
I'm on every day! Possibly, I may miss a day every now and then, but that is very rare. I'd like to think of myself as a devoted member of CS, so I try to get on often and have a great time with my CS friends. Because of this motivation, I can get myself on practically every day! (:
Why do you want to be a fanart archivist?:
I apologize in advance if this is long. I have a tendency to write lengthy posts when I don't mean to do so.
To start it out, I will be honest. I'm not a very good artist myself, so I have not made fan art. However, as I've stated above, I am a devoted Smoothie-en. I really am a huge fan of the site, and I think would be a good way to show it. Also, Chicken Smoothie has done so much for me, like giving me a reason to use my writing abilities (roleplaying), or test out computer drawing (oekaki), and has just given me a chance to socialize with people over the internet and make (internet) friends. Since the website has done so much for e, I'd like to repay it and do something for it, and its staff. I find that helping monitor a fan art board, dedicated to the site itself, is a great way to return the favor!
On a bit more of the fanart portion of this application, I do feel bad for all of those great people who can and will do fanart for the site, and then their works get washed away in a tidal wave of reposted things and whatever else there may be. If they make art from the kindness of their heart, they deserve to have it shown to the CS staff, and I find this a perfect way to repay them for their work, along with repaying the staff for their hard work. I know, I know, I've probably overused the word 'repay'. But really, I do want to express my gratitude for everyone's contributions to the site, and this is a perfect way, I believe, for me to be a help to our little site. (: Thank you for considering, and I wish everyone luck! Your forms look amazing! (:

How many hours do you usually spend on CS on an average day?:
PFF, anywhere from two to five hours.
How many days a week do you usually visit CS?:
Every day. Whether it's only for a few minutes on my DS or in the morning while eating breakfast before my parents wake up, to at night after school, where I'll derp around the forums or sit staring at my still growing pets, wondering what they will look like as adults. CS is MY LIFE! <3
Why do you want to be a fanart archivist?:
Oh gosh. Well, I probably won't ever get this position, xD but I'ma give it my best shot.
I love Chicken Smoothie. Tis my life. I can't live a day without it! <3 I remember once adopting a few off-account pets, probably back around when it started, but never bothered to make an account. No idea why, guess it just didn't really appeal to me.
But I'm older now, much older. And one day while perusing some forum site (sadly, I can't remember that site) I stumbled upon a gorgeous pet, and was all "I WANT A PET LIKE THAT!" so I scurried over here and here I is now! At first, it bored me, because it took a long time for my first pets to grow up, but as the months past, I grew overly attatched to it, especially when I first encountered the advent calender! My mom and dad thought it was a stupid site and literally had to pry me away from the computer.
But I'm straying from the point, aren't I? xD I've been known to do that.
My dream is to become an artist for CS, but I doubt that will ever happen. I love to draw and design characters. But working for CS would be such an honor! I jump at any oppertunity, whether it be just something as simple a General Helper! So I saw this and had a mini fit, then finally clicked. So, finally, I come to the point (I think). Why do I want to be a Fanart Archivist?
I love looking at art people have made of CS pets, Avain, and things of the like. I could derp in the oekaki forums for an hour just going through some of the awesome pictures there done by the awesome sauce artists we have around here. A lot of the art is really amazing, and you can tell when some of those pictures get featured. So I would love to work with this awesome art, and put it a gallery dedicated just to its epicness! I think a forum for all this art would be so amazing that I doubt the weak of heart could stand it! XDD
I also love to draw pictures of CS pets myself. I have a few works of art myself, just floating around in my drafts thingy at the bottom of my oekaki screen. Not sure if I'll finish them, but I wanted to draw them because many of the pets have amazing concepts and designs, and their story speaks for themselves without anyone having to say anything. I'm also writing (ehm, rebooting) a story that involves a bunch of my Chicken Smoothie pets, and each character is carefully thought out and considered, so that they fit my idea of the pet's legacy.
Anywho, again, that's off the point.
A lot of people's fanart show that pet's story, even though it is often interpreted in different ways. It's fun to see how other Chicken Smoothians interpret a pet's tale that's hidden in its pile-of-pixels of a design (though I believe these pets are MORE than a simple pile of pixels!), because it is more commonly than not different from how you interpret the story. It gives you a different view on some of the pets that you love the most, and sometimes brings you to love the pet even more.
So, this is why I'd love to be a fanart archivist! I know there are probably gonna be hundreds of applications for you guys to go through, and I apologize for the length of mine. Thank you for your consideration and time, and I know you'll pick only the best Smoothians who you think will do the job best!

How many hours do you usually spend on CS on an average day?:
I tend to spend a very good amount on Chicken Smoothie each day. During the week I'm on for at least 3 hours but that's the very minimum. It's hard for me to tell because during the day I get on and off repeatedly whenever I can fit Chicken Smoothie in, but at night once I'm settled and done with everything I have to be done with, I go on till I go to sleep. But on the weekends and during breaks it's a whole different story haha! I remember the holiday break last Christmas I literally spent all day everyday on CS. x3
How many days a week do you usually visit CS?:
I visit Chicken Smoothie every day of the week, and if I miss a day it's for a good reason. :3
Why do you want to be a fanart archivist?:
The reason I am applying to be a fanart archivist is because I love helping out on Chicken Smoothie however I possibly can, considering this has always been my favorite site. I believe that I am organized, responsible, reliable, and hardworking. I discovered this site in '08 and had an account, but forgot my username and password soon after. I was re-introduced to it in 2011, and am forever grateful for that. ^_^ I was so excited to see there were positions open, considering I miss every time they are looking for members to fill them.
I also love CS fanart, and seeing different versions of a pet. It's fascinating how everyone draws the pet differently and in a unique style. We all depict things in our own way. c: Contributing to this site has always felt like more of a wonderful dream than a duty. I get ecstatic just thinking about it! I'm not sure how hard it will be, but I'm up for a challenge as I love them. Any opportunity I can get to help out on Chicken Smoothie I try for, because this website has done more for me than I can ever return.
Thank you for your time and patience. Good luck finding someone, and I know it'll be hard considering there are so many hardworking and responsible people here fit for the job. <3

Not running anymore.
*If you can't find 1 superb entry out of the hundreds that wil apply, my suggestion is to make a fan art/fan mail forum. I am sure you will not have to use this, but just in case!
Thank you,
~Llama

How many hours do you usually spend on CS on an average day?: Eh... about three to four.
How many days a week do you usually visit CS?: Usually every day. I check up on things I need to and kinda play around.
Why do you want to be a fanart archivist?:
Well, I've wanted to be some kind of help on CS for a while. My post got deleted or something in the general helper applications so I really wanted to try again. c: Working with art is more my pace, and putting stuff into organized position is what I like to do. Admitedly, I don't do it all the time and tend to forget, but when it's been a job, I've never failed.

How many hours do you usually spend on CS on an average day?: I would say approximately two hours on an average day, at the very minimum. Three on days I don't work and usually around five on event days.
How many days a week do you usually visit CS?: Seven days a week and if I'm busy I'll pop in an check things out but I'm most certainly always on.
Why do you want to be a fanart archivist?: I think that the overall idea of a fanart archive is great and I remember the last one and how amazing it was to see different ways people look at Chickensmoothie and it's art (I particularly remember the dog sitting in a blender - a great example!). So many people draw art for Chickensmoothie and it isn't always seen, which is such a pity because they're always great, regardless of talent because even the simplest picture shows such creativity and for other users to see pets they've adopted in a different light is not only enjoyable but inspiring as well. I personally feel that I could do well in this position and this is something I could devote my time to and feel good about it as well.
Thank you for your consideration!

How many hours do you usually spend on CS on an average day?
I'm always on chicken smoothie, but, to be exact, 6-7 hours c:
How many days a week do you usually visit CS?
Every day, 7 days a week~
Why do you want to be a fanart archivist?
I've been a member since later 2011, and I was immediately obsessed with Chicken Smoothie. I know, generally, how this site works and how it runs. Helping members has always been something I loved, and I hope to continue doing so ^.^
Anyway, let's get to the point. Browsing fanart has to be one of my favorite things to do on here [I do it a lot even though I'm not a fanart archivist ;D]. This job seems like a lot of work, but also a lot of fun. I love to see what the users of Chicken Smoothie can create. I am familiar with a lot of 'popular' and really good artists on Chicken Smoothie, and I'd love to help record the fanworks in the archive.
Chicken Smoothie has to be my favorite hobby [if it is one?], and I always surf it in my freetime. You'll always find me on the Oekaki, browsing the "share your art" forum, and stalking my favorite artists. I'm a very neat and organized person [as I have a little OCD here and there] and love to keep things 'clean' [my room is literally, like, categorized. My locker has to seriously be the cleanest thing at the school]. I also run an adoptables thread named Chibbu, and it runs neatly and it well categorized.
I am also talented in HTML, BBCode, and I know a little bit of PHP. This seems like a very fun job, and I'd like to help out Chicken Smoothie any way I can, and keep it very organized. My desire is to be in some way a help to Chicken Smoothie and it's community. I love to see Chicken Smoothie running neat and smoooothly c: Well anyway, I hope to get this job, and good luck to everyone :3
