Tess says on the front page that PPS'es such as the buckskin will have its own special lineart, so I think you can be rest assured he won't look like the regular 2nd stage ponies. :)

Call me boring but I'm happy the unicorns are in one pose, although I would have preferred the typical boring standing pose like how the horses and ponies are XD But they are growing on me <3

I'm sure they'll do a wonderful job with the PPS'es!
when first i appear i seem mysterious
but when explained i'm nothing serious

Engel wrote:Yea I know it's been in discussion. My point is that "several" of them were traced, not all. They could redo "several" of the lines, and not all. The unicorns all got the same pose, which bummed me out, and I'm holding my breath in anticipation over what's gonna happen with my dice and buckskin PPS. As well as alot of the PPS's in general.

I'm hoping they don't turn Image into something with this lines Image

its already been said several times that the buckskin and a lot of other PPS would get special lines

the need of replacement is her line work, just because we cant find a matching picture to ALL of her works doesnt meant hat it isnt traced or possibley traced, those are just the ones that people could prove without a doubt

that being said i HAVE seen a pic of a horse in the EXACT downward unicorn pose so its not like it didnt happen in the unicorns too

I agree that they did a good job with some of them. Like the jelly ponies turned out great, and the draft horse redos are nice, not so awkward as the old ones. I hope she doesn't make the unicorn with wings like the other unicorns, but she most likely will.

And yes yes I know everything they're changing it gonna be "special", but special isn't always a good thing. I'm not saying she didn't trace, I know she traced, but just because she traced several, doesn't mean she traced all. Most artists use photographs for reference when they draw, it's highly likely you can find horses in the exact same pose as lineart. Horses are basic creatures wit ha limited range of movement and poses. You're bound to see pixels that you can match to real horses

Yes, but horses aren't super complex creatures, they have limited poses. Even Yulynh has horses that look the same. We are playing a pet site, there are bound to be similarities.

See what I mean?

Whew you need to throw some punctuation in there Fera Creed, not all of that was clear. Yes I know Equi admitted to tracing, (which surprises me, I woulda lied my butt off haha), Just showing you that horses can only move into so many positions, and it's easy to find pictures close to others.

And someone PLEASE tell me where I said the new horse artist traces? I must be dyslexic because I can't find it.

I think I agree with engel, horse poses are limited, and artists will always have something that looks similar to their work.

Whoa, last time I was here everyone was calm and collected..
Times change for sure ^^;
I think everyone needs to take a deep breath and chill (:

I totally support the change, but I do have one question.
Are the unicorns all going to have one single pose, save the alicorn,
or are they going to have different poses like the old lineart?

Thank you,

~bo.
