What date did you register as a CS member?: Aug. 05 2009
How many posts have you made in the forum (at the time of applying): aproximately 13950
How many days a week do you usually visit CS? Seven ^^ Unless, of course, something comes up and I happen to miss a day (This rarely happens)
How many hours per day do you usually spend on CS, on a day that you do visit? Around three hours on weekdays, or 5+ hours on weekends/summers.
Have you moderated on any other forums before? No, I have not as of yet ^^ As of now, I've only moderated threads here on CS, as I don't normally venture off on other websites, really just staying with CS.
Have you ever used the CS oekaki to draw? Many times, yes ^^
Do you ever spend much time browsing the oekaki board just to look at the art posted there? Whenever I'm not doing anything else, I'm almost always in the oekaki boards ^^
Now the important question: I would like to be an oekaki moderator here because, while I have many pet peeves, art theft seems to irk me the most. I want to be able to help people whom are getting designs stolen from them (because, since this has happened to me two times already, I know how it feels) or pictures copied. It isn't fair and I believe it should be stopped, and it would be an honor to help put a stop to this.
Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position? Well, I not only speak English, but French as well ^^ Im also the go-to person of my friends when they're having a problem, so I do have experience with problem solving and calming nerves. I am not soft, and wont be bending the rules for my personal gain, I can assure you that ;) I do solve things calmly, and make sure that I do not bash or get angry.
I'm also in the oekaki boards quite often, and have a good lot of free time on my hands, so I will be around quite often ^^

I'm pretty sure it's just to ask whether you've had experience moderating, i.e. on another site or possibly an RP.

What date did you register as a CS member?:
March 16, 2010
How many posts have you made in the forum (at the time of applying):
6,705 posts
How many days a week do you usually visit CS?:
Typically seven, unless I have a very busy schedule.
How many hours per day do you usually spend on CS, on a day that you do visit?:
Weekdays>3-5 hours, Weekends>6-7 hours
Have you moderated on any other forums before? If so, please link to them:
Catland Forums
Tanatiakiss
Have you ever used the CS oekaki to draw?:
Yes, plenty of times ^^
Do you ever spend much time browsing the oekaki board just to look at the art posted there?:
Yes, I enjoy looking at others art :3 I will occasionally tell people if I've noticed they've made a mistake, too.
Now the important question: Why do you want to be an oekaki moderator for CS?:
Although my art isn't completely exceptional, I love to draw. I've been drawing since I was very young. I really do enjoy the Oekaki forums because it's nice to look at other people's art and help guide them in the right direction so they can become a wonderful artist. It would be even better to be able to do more to help those people; correcting their mistakes and helping to make sure they don't make that mistake again. I also dislike when people seem to disobey artist's rules just because they don't like something about them. I will always stay calm in heated situations, and I would be sure to report any user to an admin/mod should the situation get entirely out of hand. Oekaki is something very unique. I have seen it before, but not quite the same as it is here on CS. I 'd like to help keep it a clean and orderly place by making sure users follow artists' rules and do not post anything inappropriate in the forums.
Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position (for example have you had any experience in peer mediation?): I speak a bit of Spanish, I've actually had a bit of experience in peer mediation, and I know a very tiny bit of German and French ^^

Thats not all, but its all i can find.

Have you ever used the CS oekaki to draw?
Yes, a lot. I do it whenever waiting for an RPer to reply, i usually always look around the oekaki

Do you ever spend much time browsing the oekaki board just to look at the art posted there?
Yes, a lot.

Now the important question: Why do you want to be an oekaki moderator for CS?
I love to make sure things stay the way it should be. I hate it when art is stolen, it makes me mad. I love helping users out and i usually look around the oekaki to tell people that they posted in the wrong forum or something. I think it would be AMAZING to be an oekaki. I would love to be able to help users by moving art to the right forum or, help users by locking a post when a design is stolen.

Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position (this is not required) (for example have you had any experience in peer mediation?)
i can be yelled at and stay calm and i am taking intro to foreign langue which you learn basics of Chinese, German, french and Spanish. I will probably take french next year. I love helping out, i love to be nice and help players out, and i can stay calm and (barely) ever flame.

What date did you register as a CS member?:
December 08th, 2010. 8 months, 23 days, and counting. ^-^

How many posts have you made in the forum (at the time of applying):
Two thousand, eight hundred and five not including this one.

How many days a week do you usually visit CS?
I visit ChickenSmoothie everyday possible, being I'm attached to this site. Even on packed school days, I make sure I can fit in C.S. Being away is rare as I haven't yet been on any vacation, so my time is dedicated here. I have a great internet connection that hasn't yet faltered making missing a day quite hard.

How many hours per day do you usually spend on CS, on a day that you do visit?
Six to eight hours on weekdays, seven to twelve hours on weekends. Though it may seem to be an exaggeration, it's not as I am addicted to C.S and find being away from this place difficult.

Have you moderated on any other forums before? If so, please link to them.
Click!Back when this version of Cimples was open, I got hired as a moderator. Though it was never added to the front page, further on the page it shows I was accepted. c: I also own a little shop of my own.

Have you ever used the CS oekaki to draw?
Oh yes. <3 It's a great passion of mine to draw here, and almost everyday I try to add more art. I am currently on a laptop, but once I get my pad I will love to fill up my gallery.

Do you ever spend much time browsing the oekaki board just to look at the art posted there?
A great portion of my time here is just browsing the drawings. To see the improving artists, to give advice when I can, and to see the masterpieces created. I love to check all categories to see first drawings by artists, to their hundredth drawings. The sketches and experiments to the editables make my day.

Now the important question: Why do you want to be an oekaki moderator for CS?
There are so many reasons why I would love to have this position. In the other available jobs, I never posted a form. I knew there was somebody those particular jobs....but an oekai moderator would be perfect. I love to help out, anytime I can and everywhere I can. To feel the joy of helping, I would just be ecstatic! I also strongly dislike art theft, to the point I could say I 'hate' it. Keeping the board clean from theft would be a dream come true. I also dislike arguments between other users, and to be to stop hurt feelings and angry emotions would complete me to no end. So, in all, I would love to clean up the boards when they need a bit of a shine: by deleting, locking, re-locating, explaining, and accepting new members to this wonderful site. ^-^ [A bit cheesy, but I meant every word.]

Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position?
I can be surprisingly calm when it comes to arguments and angry bashes from others. To stay calm is the most important thing, and I know no good will come from being angry back. No matter my opinion, I know to ignore my thoughts and make sure the dispute or matter is dealt quickly and correctly.
