Yes, it is stated on the information page that if you are chosen, Tess will send you a private invitation if your application is successful.

You apply by following the links on the front page, and filling out the form and then click submit. Please note that it's not ideal to submit an application if you don't meet the requirements listed on the information page.

If you read what Tess wrote, she will mention something about 'click here to view the avaliabe jobs and apply', so you click the link and read what it says, then there are 3 avaliable jobs you can choose that are in links. Click what you want to apply for and scroll down; there will be a form to fill out so you just fill it out and submit!

I have another question; Will Tess and the staff members look at the amount of foes we have gotten from other players? Like if someone foed us for doing something will that be taken into consideration? What if they foed you for no apparent reason and they think that we did something wrong?

This is not something staff can see and would not be taken into consideration.

If your posts are deleted by staff they are most likely spam. Anything that is not a question about the application process or the positions we are hiring for is spam.
