Can someone tell me what this means? '3'

It's "kirin," as in the Japanese critter.

I love the Northern Ireland stamp! Didn't expect to get one because we're so small, but I'm pleased there is one now. We're small, but we're worthy of our own separate stamp. XD

(edit because I just noticed it) With that said, I would have maybe used the Saltire without the Red Hand on it, because that is a contentious symbol here and I don't really want to have that on my profile, so it's back to the Republic of Ireland stamp for me D:
