hey! i’m not sure if you figured it out but download the template, open procreate then in the top right you’ll see, “import.” click import then find the template (you can click recents and it should show) and it will create a canvas with all its layers. hope this helps! (:

How much do user-made posts factor into decision? I wouldn’t assume it’d make a super huge deal, it’s a relatively important factor of course, but I do notice that the staff team members each have 2,000+ posts. I understand this shows engagement with the community, but I would like to know if having less than 1k posts will be a huge deciding factor - is it still an important factor if a factor at all, if the user very frequently searches through the Forums, reports necessary posts, helps with answering questions etc, making their activity evident in other ways?
I want to apply for most positions, but I realize I’ve not really posted very much, compared to other users who may be applying. I feel a little nervous about that fact, but I hope it won’t have a huge effect on the final decision, especially if I’m posting very frequently, for example!

Post count can help show us that you are an active member of the community, but we do take quality over quantity. Our minimum requirement is 300 posts just to show us that you are involved in the community and can get around the forums decently enough. We aren't just basing everything on only one factor, we do take into consideration other things such as your application, general activity, history, etc. so overall post count is not a huge factor provided you are over our minimum requirement.

I’m assuming Zee is referring to your interaction history and how you’ve behaved on the forums. Are you kind and courteous to other players, and history of bullying/use of language, etc. Also the board warnings you might have incurred over your time on the site.

This is correct; we do take into account each applicant's history on CS. Our application page states the following:
"We want members who have never been in trouble on CS for serious incidents such as bullying, scamming, cheating, or posting inappropriate material. Some past warnings or incidents may be overlooked if they were minor or occurred a long time ago."

Gonna take the opportunity to wish good luck to everyone applying one final time before apps (and presumably this thread) close <3 Really crossing my fingers to get in. No matter what, I had a bunch of fun filling out the templates, and I'm sure whoever is chosen will make some fantastic stuff for the site! A big thanks for the opportunity ^^
Just going to double-check so I don't commit a huge blunder: are we allowed to share our filled-out templates right away once applications close? Or should we wait until the new artists have been announced publically?
