Another quick question, do you all start looking at applications before the submission process ends? Since you can pretty much edit them a lot after your first submission I was just wondering haha!

Applications aren’t looked at till submissions close, so you are free to edit them as much as needed up to that point.

Your account should be at least 12 months old.

Can I ask what the hiring process is like for item Artist and oekaki mods?
Do you pick the mods right off the bay or is there another interview?

Your application is reviewed by staff, and if selected, you'll receive a PM from Simon inviting you to join the team (for mods) or join as a guest artist (for pet/item artists). There is no interview or any further process.

Is using a program such as Procreate okay? Or are Photoshop and GIMP the only programs allowed? Also, is there a link I need to click to apply? Or Do I need to email somebody? Where are the templates? I’ve reread the post but I feel like I may be missing something

Any program that allows you to open PSD files is fine. Personally I use GIMP, but any of those programs will work. The links to apply are all on the first post, you can review the different applications that are open here: application/
On the artist roles (pet and item) there are links available to download the templates in the information provided.
