i think that new members dont like the old lines because they were not on when they were still the new ones, all of us older members that like collecting the old horses, and have worked really hard trying to get them and now all of our hard work will have gone to waste :(

They'll be the same pets with the same rarity and design, just with a different lineart...

I think what they are saying is people are collecting them BECAUSE of the lineart.

Yes because the design on the lineart looks better on them then the new ones. Personally I dislike the new LA

Here's my hypothesis on why there are do many "Yes" votes...

From what I've seen of the comments most of the people voting yes to the change are newer member and therefore have no attachment to the older horses. Those of us who have been raising them, trading them, collecting them for a while have voted "No" as we have an attachment to the horses.

Also be changed to the new line art because they are different? Will the unicorns all be in one line art instead of the different awesome poses they are in now?

Ah, yes. I remember adopting my first pet, which was an Equimagine pony...
This is why I voted "No". These horses have gained so much sentimental value in my collection, and I wouldn't want them to be gone.

I am with Nico, I have been here when Equi still was and they have always had terrible demand, I prefer the new LA

Personally, from a new user perspective, I like the old drafts, and the old ponies. The old horses though are one of my least favorite designs on the site. In a different vein though, I think they give the site more personality because of the different generation type of thing.

The malk horses are not being touched, as they are apart from the regular monthly adopts.

The Malk lines remain unchanged (I think it confirms this in the first post); it's just the old Equimagine lines being proposed to change to the Yulnyh lines.

That's what I'm saying too! (just not with the Malk horses because I don't think those are being counted) It'd be like in a year or so if we have new Owl lines to redo all the Malk owls. Just not right, in my opinion. The point is that there are different types and some are more called for than others.

yeah disregard that part -.- Cuz I was like brain fart for a second. But regardless I believe that they show the progression from then to now, plus some of the old ponies I personally like the difference. It gives you a clear sign that 'this pet is older' without really having to look at the date. Or 'I def don't have and now I def want' I guess personally its a clear no, don't change. Its like re-writing history and changing all the old cave drawings into modern drawings or something.
