Well, another board warning for me then. I gave my hopes up there xD. What are the chances?

I would have thought the reddest flags were warnings for things that could be very harmful to other members like bullying, since being a GH revolves around being helpful and friendly to other members?
Is there sort of an order of seriousness for warnings, when choosing GHs?
Every application is a case-by-case basis; there is no rule that says, "If someone has a warning from ______ because ______ then we won't accept them." Warnings are just indicators of how a person behaves, kind of like a heads-up to the staff. There's a difference between taking someone else's art and claiming it as your own as opposed to accidentally using something you weren't supposed to; one is malicious and an example of poor character, whereas the other is an honest mistake. ;3

Queen Terra wrote:But I'm still confused, how I apply? Do I contact staff? Just saying, (I'm almost always on every single day)
The instructions for how to apply are on the first post of this page. c:
Read the
main applications page and then select the job you want to apply for to fill out an application which will be reviewed privately by staff when the applications are closed. If you are successful then you will be contacted privately to confirm if you're joining the team.

Ah, well hopefully it will be looked over as an honest mistake, as that's been my only warning in all my three years of being on CS.

How will General Helpers answer help tickets?
Can Tess see your age when looking at your form?
When you join you'll get access to the help ticket panel from the main forum index. There you can see lists of unanswered and answered tickets which GH are able to deal with. You can type up a response to that person's question which will then be sent to them via PM or email depending on how they sent it in. The panel also allows you to discuss how to answer with other staff members first if necessary. The whole system is pretty easy to use and we have topics on how to use it which you will be able to read if you're chosen for the job.
The birthdays of all users living in the USA are recorded upon signing up to see if they are required to have COPPA protection - so the staff can see it if they need to. Otherwise, if you live elsewhere, your birthday will not be on record so won't be known.
Thank you for making this clear AquilaFuga!
