Hm, I think that while for us old farts it may be hard to cope with the new system now,
it'll actually be a very good thing for the new users.
Previously they've been struggling with the differences between all those uncommons and the rares that weren't worth rares
and all that stuff, so now it's at least a little bit easier for them to see a pet's value.
And it's going to be a lot more easy for some of us to trade now as well;
i used to have to pay a lot for some hoard pets that I viewed as common, but that were tagged uncommon,
but now most of them are vc and c, one even OMGSC, so I may be able to pay just as much as I actually need to now ^^

I have to say I'm not a fain of this new system, simply because it threw me for a loop to see what I thought were good pets are actually almost worthless (rarity-wise, anyway) coupled with the fact that pets I have been wanting to trade for are now out of my reach.

I'll get over it and get used it, though. Thanks for this news post, I was extremely confused, even thinking some rarity changes had to be glitches. xD

Mine as well. It's kind of a double-edged sword for me.

I hope that people understand that the "value" of a pet is completely subjective. Also, the demand for a pet may be higher even though the rarity is the same. Some of the newbies have trouble understanding this, and some of the ones that have been on here a while tend to get snipity about it.

Though I think it will be harder to get some of the pets that I want now, I still appreciate the work put into this. As someone who does not have a lot of time to research rarities, it will be beneficial when deciding whether to accept a trade.

The bars are a great idea! It's also good that rarites have been refreshed... I don't know how it makes peoples' lifes easier though? Anyway it's really good.
