the stuff I used wasn't real marzipan, it was called 'soft white icing' and was basically the same as marzipan but without almonds.

Avian (the dog in the logo image) is essentially the Cs mascot, so it would be a good idea to include her on your cake.

With moulding chocolate, I bought some in colours brown and white. Is the white able to be coloured with food colouring? Or won't it work with moulding chocolate?
