yes, or you can just upload more than one photo (you can submit as many as you like, after saving 5 photos you get the option to save 5 more and so on)

This sounds awesome! Just one more excuse to get my parents to make me some cake. Mmmmmm... cake...
Also, is it okay if I stencil a CS pet onto the cake? I know it has to be mostly manual, but if it's only one, can I do it?

if you're drawing a CS pet onto the cake in some way, it needs to be drawn in icing/edible decorations or shaped in cake. If you want to print out CS images to help you get the shape right that's fine, but don't attach any paper to the cake
