If you are referring to the 'Our Team' page, it'll be updated with whoever is hired sometime after the hiring is completed. It might not be right away, though as I recall it usually gets updated pretty quickly when there are changes to staff.

Depends on what the warning was for and how long ago it was given. If it was something quite serious (like bullying) and happened pretty recently, then yes, it would definitely be taken in to consideration. If it was not a serious offense, happened a long time ago, or was later cleared by a staff member then it's not a huge deal and likely would not have much affect.
