Once everyone who was invited replies and accepts/declines the position then Tess will make an announcement for the new team. When that happens, it will mean you didn't make it, however that does not mean you can always try again next time!

if you applied for a position, how does/do tess/the selectors go through the elimination process?
and at some point, do they go through the all of your posts all the way to the beginning, or just some of them?

Well, I do believe they choose through your warnings. Ex; If you have a Major Spam warning, and someone has a Minor Spam Warning, The person with the Minor spam warning will have a better chance. This also depends on when you got the warning.

If these events are recent then they may affect you, it also depends on the severity the warning received as well.

I believe that is how it goes, once everyone has accepted/declined the role, she will then post it publicly.
