Unreleased or UR, or similar Re-released pets, are only named so because they were effectively 'pets that were unreleased' because of one reason or another, either the design or the lack of outcomes to accompany it or whatnot (there are too many reasons!). Apple and Banana however don't really apply to UR name, but were intended for release.

I have a question - I dressed my PPS coccoon up so much you can't see that he's a CS pet, does that count as a fake pet? Here's his pic:

No. Fake pets are drawings that people make so that they appear to be CS pets but aren't really. What you have is a real pet that simply has two items added to it. That is not fake at all.

I think the rules are reasonable, though mostly common sense.

But I don't see anything wrong with the idea of creating your own CS pet, It's more like fanart then anything else, which is all perfectly legit. ^_^' (The fanart on the main page link is all pretty awesome) As long as it's your own (or purchased) art and you don't put the CS logo on it, then it's just another piece of art - which technically belongs to you. (Unless you use CS designs or such then it sorta belongs to them too! xD)
