Shortcuts for the pen and pencil!!

Sweet! I just opened the oekaki and was wondering what was going on cx will have to get used to the new icons but it's certainly an improvement!

I've been so used to the mix of icons and words I never really thought about how odd it was haha

I just finally found a tutorial to get my tablet's pen pressure to work with ChickenPaint, so I'm very excited about this. I get to actually use any fancy new features of the Oekaki program now! ;o; I feel like a real Chicken Smoothian again lol

I don't usually use shortcuts for tools, but I agree that an eraser shortcut key would be nice for those who do use them~

Unfortunately I'm gonna say the new icons don't sit well with me as a person with sight issues, the old way had differences in all the icons and words rather than all similar shaped icons that are all black.

When looking at the new ones it gives me confusion and everything looks exactly the same.

I do not mean this as an attack or a bad thing, simply that I will have to use the old icons because the new ones are not friendly

I actually went into the oekaki just now (curiosity) and if you mouse over each option, it shows you the shortcut for it.

Select (M) - Move (V)
Bucket (F) - Gradient (G)
Eyedropper (I)
Pencil (N) - Pen (B)
Eraser (E)
Dodge (O) - Burn (P)

So there is a shortcut for the eraser!
If you go under help > shortcuts, it also lists some extra stuff.

Might I also suggest H for the hand/grab canvas tool?
