In my opinion, I liked the outline as the way it is and I think this will just increase confusion between younger members, especially COPPA's.

But I liked that COPPA's can now send restricted message though :3

Nope. The problem with the old layout is that "suggestion" and "offer" basically mean the same thing, so we had to add a bunch of explanatory text to the page to explain the difference (that many didn't bother to read). The new terms on the trading screen are now clear, and by requiring you to click one of the two options (instead of just writing your trade message into the first box you see) we make players think about the choice.

Will that be put if they didn't put a trade message?

Will new users also be affected by the update, as they can't talk when they are still new.
