What's the threshold for inactive accounts? Like, how long can an account go for before it's considered dead and isn't counted?

I was wondering the same thing, and what if those dead accounts become active again?

While I will have a ton of sorting to do now and it will take a while for me to learn the new rarities, I do understand that this was a necessary step and now it seems that the rarities make more sense.

I would assume if the dead account becomes active again it would be included in the following rarity update.

Also, are we still going to see rarity updates as we did or is it a continually running and updating thing?
