Community opinion needed! UR Items, yay? or nah!

struggling to understand the point of view of "no dont release them or I wont have a years complete pets/items" because for someone else, receiving a high value item may help them trade for something they never would have been able to otherwise so whose needs are more important?

sure, but then those all become things the average user 'never would be able to get'. have some consideration that not everyone is made of old rares and thousands of C$ to throw away. try to understand how demotivating it can be to collect all pets/free items just to lose it every single year. every pet archive year from 2013 on and now last year in my item log is marked incomplete all because of UR things I will never be able to obtain. that's ten years of pet collecting for what feels like no credit. it gets tiring. why am I even trying anymore only for it to get taken away every single year. if the archive gets a toggle to disable URs from counting towards collection marks alongside this, it could do us all some good.

Since the vote is overwhelming for it, may I suggest a pop-up that shows the UR items, and warning users what they are before they trade them? Ninja trading is already such a problem as is.

You’d need to have some way to show that the items are in fact ultra rare, OR preferably implement a rarity system for items. I truly have no idea the price of my items and it would be super helpful to have some way of knowing that.

For me it's a big yes to include UR items, but not including them in the overall item checklist would be fab

i like the idea but also definitely agree with everyone saying to make sure its obvious when you get one. i got one last year and had no idea it was special at first >_< thankfully i didnt give it away for less than what it was worth but if other people have that issue they may accept an unfair trade for it

Though I paid a lot for all three re releasing the cake is a good idea. Making more UR items is a scary idea. For those who want top stay on top of collections, it usually mean realm money if they don't have a mass of spare rare pet and items. No one in the CS
community I can imagine is rich enough to spend on virtual pets. Or do stupid things like spend regardless of money.

As a recently returning player this would be a massive negative aspect for me and I would honestly consider quitting completely. It is such a scary idea and puts a lot of additional pressure for those who want to have a complete collection.
I do see that new players would probably benefit from getting ur items, IF they get them that is. If they don’t, they’re at the same or at an even worse spot.
The only way I see this as kind of okay is when urs are disabled to count for complete collections (sorry for my bad English, but I really try :‘D hope it made sense)
Otherwise, it is super tiring, annoying, frustrating and mostly tied to having to spend real money. Even more real money. Haha. Ha.

Just my point of view though. Not trying to offend anybody with this, sorry if it did anyways. The poll clearly shows that most users like the idea so I guess I‘ll have to make a decision for myself at some point.

Thanks for the feedback everyone! Since a majority of users have voted to keep UR Items, we will release them again this year. We are carefully reviewing all the amazing points made in this thread to keep everyone's suggestion in mind for the release.
